Britney Spears allegedly tried to get her puppy London sent to her by courier.
The 'Toxic' singer - who came under fire from the Humane Society of the United States for buying the Yorkshire Terrier on impulse from a pet store in July - was overheard crying out for her pet in Beverly Hills department store Neiman Marcus on October 11.
According to Us Weekly magazine, when her assistant told her London was at her home in Malibu, Britney allegedly said: "F**k that.
"That will take us an hour to drive there. Can't we have the dog sent over?"
The 25-year-old mother of two - who has lost custody of sons Sean Preston, two, and 13-month-old Jayden James to ex-husband Kevin Federline - then reportedly began muttering about Judge Scott M. Gordon, who is presiding over her custody trial, calling him "catty" and an "old fart."
Meanwhile, Britney's 16-year-old sister Jamie Lynn Spears has signed up to play a "party animal" in a new sitcom.
The aspiring actress will star in 'Miss/Guided', produced by Ashton Kutcher, which is set to air midseason on ABC.
A source said: "Maybe she is going to use Britney's wild partying example for inspiration."
A show insider revealed Jamie is, "a real pleasure to work with".

Needless to say am very disappointed in Britney! She needs to grow up and be a mother to her children instead of running around being a drunk and a spoiled brat! People send her a message and not buy any of hers! Britney you deserved to lose your kids. Kevin has been a way better parent and I hope the judge puts the womps to you!
