Matthew McConaughey reportedly wants to have a baby with fiancée Camilla Alves.
The 'Wedding Planner' star is said to be blissfully happy with the 24-year-old Brazilian model and is keen to start a family as soon as possible.
A source told the National Enquirer magazine: "Matthew is so in love and has been talking about his biological clock and how much he wants to start a family right away.
"He will be 38-years-old on November 4. He is at an age when men realise it is family time.
"He trusts Camilla because she has no ulterior motives - she doesn't want a part in a movie or to sell a script."
The 'Sahara' star was so smitten with the beautiful brunette he proposed to her after they had been dating for just six months.
Last month, Camilla was spotted wearing a gold band on her wedding finger during a trip to Italy with Matthew.
The Hollywood heartthrob is not the only one keen to have a baby - he is under pressure from his schoolteacher mother Kay.
The source added: "She has been pushing him to make her a grandma for ages. His mom loves Camilla!"

i whant him to be happy, but noooo,
to know out of the blue hes been with somone is heart break but to be married to hear it is suddn, and we dotn knwo if its real,
and now the bby thing, ill stil feel the same with him,
ill have his bby, and marry him!!
