I had six to eight months where I was clinically depressed."But when my therapist suggested anti-depressants I refused. I'd rather self-medicate and stick with red wine. It might not make me feel good the next day, but I know it's going to be out of my system."Despite her former relationship woes, the 'X-Men' actress insists she's never been happier since meeting second husband Jerry O'Connell, who she married in the summer.Rebecca - who met director Jerry at a Las Vegas hotel three years ago - said: "He's really charismatic and draws you in with his story-telling capabilities."We don't always agree, but that's fine.
