Britney Spears filed an emergency court motion seeking overnight visits with her sons yesterday (10.10.07).

The 'Gimme More' singer - who lost custody of Sean Preston, two, and 13-month-old Jayden James to ex-husband Kevin Federline last week after failing to obey a court order in her ongoing custody battle - has appealed for her supervised visitation rights to be extended.

Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said: "I don't see any emergency or any new facts. We are going to oppose this."

Kaplan and Britney's lawyer Sorrell Trope were due to meet in front of a judge at a downtown Los Angeles court house at 8.30am today (11.10.07) to discuss the motion.

She lost custody of the boys after failing to attend one court ordered test. Britney, 25, has already passed several random drugs tests.

Meanwhile, reports have surfaced the 'Toxic' singer partied hard the night she lost custody of her children and declared she "didn't give a s**t".

Britney allegedly checked into the Peninsula Hotel where it is claimed paid an associate $1,000 to get her some DVDs and held a party in her room.

A source told America's OK! magazine: "When the subject of her boys' custody came up, one of the girls told Britney, 'Don't worry, you'll get your kids back.' Britney replied, 'I don't give a s**t anymore. I never wanted them in the first place.' "

It is also claimed Britney partied until 3am on the night before her first supervised visit with the boys.

The boys were brought to her house at 10am, the arranged time, but nobody answered the door.
