Britney can't get it together for license

A California state DMV spokeswoman went on record with TMZ.com, saying in no uncertain terms: Britney Spears is still not licensed to drive.
Spears was snapped by Paparazzi caught as she went to a California DMV office Monday after handing over her sons to Federline's camp.
According to the DMV, if Britney brings a valid out of state license to the DMV today, and passes the written exam, she will be issued a California license.
As TMZ.com reported Monday, she is licensed to drive in the state of Louisiana.
If she is not able to produce a valid license, she must take the actual driving test in order to be licensed.
