Pamela Anderson is set to marry for the third time.

The 'Baywatch' actress and her professional poker player fiancé Rick Solomon - who famously starred in and released the Paris Hilton sex tape 'One Night in Paris' - were granted a marriage licence in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon (29.09.07).

The certificate, granted by Clark County's Marriage License Bureau, allows the happy couple to tie the knot any time in the next year.

Earlier this month, Pamela, 40, told US TV chat show host Ellen DeGeneres she had fallen in love and was "engaged", but refused to reveal the identity of her new lover only saying he was a poker player.

She claimed they started dating after she offered him sexual favours to pay off her gambling debt.

Pamela was previously married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, who she has two sons with, 11-year-old Brandon and nine-year-old Dylan.

The couple - who famously made their own X-rated movie - divorced after three years in 1998.

Last summer, the former Playboy model wed singer Kid Rock - who she had briefly been engaged to before splitting in 2003 - on a boat in St Tropez. The couple divorced just four months later after Pamela miscarried.

As well as dating Paris, Rick, 39, was briefly married to former 'Beverly Hills 90210' actress Shannen Doherty.
