Ronnie Wood recently detailed the night he told the late George Harrison he was sleeping with his wife to the Daily Mail.
"One night at George's house, Friar Park, in Henley, I took George aside and told him that when it was time for bed I would be going to Pattie's room.
George seemd unfazed, according to Wood, who then pointed to the room of Wood's wife Krissie, and said: "I shall be sleeping there."
Wood recounts that when the time came, "the two of us stood on the landing outside the respective bedrooms."
"Are we going to do this?" Wood asked. "I'll see you in court," George replied and in we went.
Wood tells the Daily Mail that he and Patty were awoken by George, who informed them that he had called his lawyers. Wood claims he never did.
Wood recalls the story of when he landed in New York on tour with the Stones in 1977.
"I was in my hotel room with Keith (Richards) and Charlie (Watts) when there was a knock on the door - it was John Lennon with Yoko Ono, both dressed in black and wearing capes.
Yoko was carrying her knitting and when we sat down, John turned to her and said, "B*******, get on with your knitting", so she found a chair in the corner."
Wood tells of drugs used that day: "John then turned to Keith, clapped his hands together in anticipation and asked: 'What's the drug of the day?' A devilish grin spread across Keith's face. 'Smack,' he said. And so the day began ..."
