The Spice Girl - who gave birth to her first child last month - is determined to get her pre-pregnancy figure back before the reunited girl group's world tour kicks off in December and is sticking to a strict 'no whites' diet, meaning she can't eat any white food including bread, rice, potatoes and pasta.
But Prego, the Italian pasta sauce giant for which Emma is the spokesperson, insists this won't be a problem.
They said in an official statement: "There are many alternative methods for Emma to use the Prego pasta sauces without the pasta. She can have pasta sauce over meatballs, use over sandwiches, and many other fun and creative recipes that Prego offers."
Emma, 31, gave birth to a bouncing baby boy on August 10 at the private London Portland hospital.
The blonde singer and her long-term boyfriend Jade Jones named their first child Beau, who weighed a healthy 7lb 15oz at birth.
