Halle Berry's 'thrilled' lover

Halle Berry's boyfriend Gabriel Aubry is "very thrilled" about having a baby with the Oscar-winning actress.

Calvin Klein model Gabriel - who has been dating the 'Monster's Ball' star for nearly two years, after they first met on a Versace photo shoot - was blown away when she told him she was pregnant with her first child.

Speaking at 'The World Of Calvin Klein' event in Macy's Herald Square, New York, last night (24.09.07), he said: "I'm very thrilled - very thrilled. I can't wait to be a daddy! Halle's doing really good too."

When he was asked whether the pair are planning to find out the sex of the baby before the birth, Gabriel determinedly announced: "We're not going to find out."

While filming a segment for the Oprah Winfrey show, Halle, 41, revealed she took 33 tests before believing she was pregnant. She also told the US chat show host she is keen to have more children with Gabriel.

Halle - who previously vowed to get pregnant before she turned 40 - was determined to become a mother in 2007, even if it meant adopting.

She said: "Having children is my next big project. I'm planning on becoming pregnant by the end of the year - it's my age, it's only natural.

"If it can't happen naturally, Gabriel and I will adopt."
