Daniel Radcliffe's height issues

Daniel Radcliffe hates being short.
The 5ft 6in actor is so paranoid about his height he contacted a question and answer text messaging service to find age boys are supposed to stop growing
Radcliffe, 18, revealed: "I texted AQA, the question and answer service, to ask when boys stop growing. They said you have your final spurt at 21, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed I still have a few inches to come."
Despite his insecurities, the young star takes heart from the fact so many stars are vertically challenged.
He added: "I love James Dean and he wasn't tall, apparently. And lots of successful actors aren't the biggest, so there's hope yet."
Radcliffe is currently starring in 'The December Boys', in which he plays one of four orphans in 1960s Australia who are forced to compete to be adopted.

Does it really matter? Come on, Dan, for me (at least), you are absolutely fine...I'm never gonna care about your height (of all things) and I don't think any fan of yours will.

We have seen Daniel in the flesh. He is a fantastic actor but of more diminutive proportions than the 5 foot 6 he purports to be.

yeah... i became contented with my height too.. I'm 16, 5'6 1/2 or so.. but in my earlier years, i was one of the taller students... like 2nd to the last of the line, 3rd to the last of the line (between 30-40 students..those situations were just until 2nd year...and my growth had stopped or slowed down from then)
my dad told me he was 5'3 or 5'4 when he was my age but he had a growth spurt in college now he's 5'8 1/2(still taller than me) so he gave me hope that i can grow taller if i just slept well and eat right.. :D

You just about 19-20years old, Dan! C'mon! Jump as much as you can! I hv grown taller 3cm at my 21age. If I could, why u couldn't? U still hv alot of time. Don't waste it!

Dan, you're 5'5' [or 6']. I'm 5'2'!!! It's still OK. I know this tall, skinny German kid, about your age, who's 6'2'. And he really looks like a girl. I prefer you, though. Go get your last grotwh spurt. I think 5'8' or 9' would really fit you :D

I was 5'5 when I was 12. I was one of the tallest kids in my grade. Nowadays I'm 5'11-6'0 (I'm 17) and I'm not exactly tall anymore.
But height is unimportant. Daniel is a good actor, why does he need to be tall?
