Sarah Harding is a soap addict.
The Girls Aloud singer could quite happily spend a whole Sunday on the sofa watching TV soap operas, and finds it helps her get over her mammoth and frequent hangovers.
Sarah said: "I've got loads of hangover cures - bananas, milkshakes, tea and I make a mean fry-up. But I love watching soaps on a hangover.
"The other Sunday when I got back from work I fell asleep on the sofa until about 4pm, then drifted in and out watching the 'Coronation Street' omnibus.
"I love to just crash out on the sofa wearing tracksuit bottoms and a vest top. I can be a right scruff when I want to be!"
The 25-year-old star is renowned for her heavy partying, but is adamant she has been unfairly judged.
She said: "I love going out but I don't really like being labelled as a caner. I don't go out as much as other people my age. Honest!
"The other night I was really boring and stayed in because I had to be up for work, so I got a takeaway and watched DVDs.
"My boyfriend Tommy is a DJ and was working and I got loads of texts trying to get me out. But I was good and stayed in."
