Amy Winehouse has reportedly gained 14lbs on a fast food diet.

The super-slim singer has been gorging herself on calorific treats, including devouring seven McDonalds meals in the space of just six days, in a bid to pile on the pounds.

Amy has also been eating Caribbean food, including yams, dumplings, bananas and delicious jerk chicken, as part of her quest to gain weight.

A fellow diner at London's Mr Jerk restaurant, where Amy has dined three times in the last week, revealed to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Amy came in and was in really good spirits and ordered an extra large portion of brown stew chicken which she polished off in minutes.

"She was looking really healthy and it's clear she's putting on weight again."

Amy's weight is believed to have plummeted to a tiny 91lbs following a turbulent few weeks which saw her overdose on a cocktail of drugs and check in and out of rehab.

A source said: "Amy is not stupid and knows she needs to put on weight.

"So she's been doing it the way she likes it with her favourite foods."

Amy - who turns 24 today (14.09.07) - was seen at last week's Nationwide Mercury Prize looking healthier following a Caribbean break with husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
