Leona Lewis stops traffic

Leona Lewis angered local residents during a Los Angeles photo shoot after she caused a massive traffic jam.
The 'X Factor' winner was being photographed on a beach for British fashion magazine Harper's Bazaar at the end of last month, when a huge crowd of fans gathered round to try and catch a glimpse of the singer.
Within minutes the throng of people had spilled onto the road causing chaos for motorists and infuriating residents.
One enraged man stormed down to the beach to confront the crew and Leona and threatened to call the police unless the problem was immediately resolved.
However, quick-thinking Leona managed to defuse the situation by taking the man to one side to apologize to him and calm him down.
After recognising the 'A Moment Like This' singer from TV, the man calmed down before congratulating her for winning the British TV talent show – on which Simon Cowell appears as a judge - and complimented her on how beautiful she looked.
Leona, 22, can be seen modelling exclusive dresses by Roberto Cavalli and Dolce and Gabbana in the current issue of Harper's Bazaar magazine.
Her new single, 'Bleeding Love', comes out on October 29th and will be followed by her hotly-anticipated debut album, which is released on November 5 in the UK and early 2008 in the US.

Who? No way you could have calmed me down. I would have called the cops. What right did that hollywood bimbo have to mess with all those innocent people like that?
