Usher EPA/JUSTIN LANE
Usher is selling his Atlanta home for $1.95 million.
The R'n'B singer, who recently married his pregnant fiancée-and-manager Tameka Foster, has put the five-bedroom mansion up for sale.
The property, situated in Atlanta's Country Club of the South gated community, boasts its own hair salon, recording studio, cinema, guesthouse, exercise room, four-and-a-half bathrooms and swimming pool.
Usher vowed to one day move into the mansion when he was just 13-years-old after seeing the house featured on MTV show 'Cribs'.
Real-estate agent Lisa Robinson said: "This house has a lot of musical history.
"Usher upgraded the master suite, and totally redesigned and renovated the terrace level. That level has the hair salon, a gym and a state-of-the-art movie theatre. It will have particular appeal to performers."
The house was formerly owned by music producer L.A. Reid, CEO of Def Jam records.
Reid used the property as the headquarters for his label LaFace Records, and TLC, Jermaine Dupri and Dallas Austin were regular visitors.
It not known where Usher and Tameka are planning to set up home next, but the newlyweds are expected to remain in the 'Yeah' singer's native Atlanta.
