Russell Crowe stars in a new good-parenting DVD.
The 'Gladiator' actor features on 'Raising Children', which has been made by the Australian Government to educate parents on bringing up their children.
He said: "It's about informing new parents, taking away fears, breaking through mythologies. It follows the way the baby grows and all that sort of stuff and what you can expect at certain times. It's a great resource for parents."
The interactive, five-hour DVD, which is a guide to parenting children for the first five years of their lives, also features Australian Rugby stars and TV personalities.
Crowe has frequently gushed about his love of family life with wife Danielle Spencer and their sons Charlie, three, and Tennyson, one.
He says: "Having kids is the overall motivation of every day of our lives and that's just the way it is. To me, the whole thing is just magnificent. I've been in awe of the amazing process of being a parent since we started."
Crowe, 43, is so reluctant to spend time apart from his sons he even takes them on films sets with him.
He said: "Charlie is great when we're filming. He knows when to be quiet and he likes watching the TV screen. He knows to be quiet after 'Action!'"
