05/07/2007 - Jimmy Fallon - Nancy Juvonen © Janet Mayer / PhotorazziThe 33-year-old actor-comedian proposed to his girlfriend, movie producer Nancy Juvonen, last weekend, his representative said Wednesday.Fallon proposed to his girl at Juvonen's family home in New Hampshire, presenting her with a diamond ring designed by Neil Lane, said Keleigh Thomas.The couple met on the set of Fallon's 2005 comedy "Fever Pitch," co-starring Drew Barrymore. Juvonen and Barrymore co-own the production company Flower Films.Fallon, an ex Saturday Night Live player, has appeared also in such films as "Almost Famous" and "Factory Girl." He is also rumored to be in the running to succeed Conan O'Brien as host of NBC's "Late Night" in 2009, when O'Brien takes over as host of "The Tonight Show."
