Heidi Klum stays in shape by trampolining and chasing her children.
The 34-year-old supermodel - who appears topless in the new Jordache ad campaign, in which she is seen wearing just a pair of jeans - credits her three kids for keeping her fit.
Heidi told People magazine: "I have three children. That keeps you busy all the time. I work and we do a lot of things that are active. We work in the garden. We jump on the trampoline. I just started playing tennis with my husband. We climb in the tree house with the children. We go to the park and feed the ducks. We are always mobile."
Heidi is mother to three-year-old daughter Leni - her child with Formula 1 team boss Flavio Briatore - and sons 23-month-old Henry and 11-month-old Johan with her singer husband Seal.
The catwalk beauty also revealed Seal likes to admire her butt in tight jeans.
She said: "He always does a butt check. And I check his out too. I like him in jeans. I like him in anything. I like him without anything!"
When asked how they keep their sex life vibrant, Seal said: "It keeps itself hot."
