Jamie Foxx keeps his body in shape by working out like a surfer.
The 'Collateral' star models his gym regime on surfing stars because "they have serious cores".
He said: "I'm 39 now, and my shoulders started hurting from benching really heavy weights. So I look at the surfers. They have serious cores. How can I slim down and lean out?"
The Oscar-winning actor reveals his tips for keeping fit in the September issue of Men's Health magazine, as well as showing off his impressive physique on the publication's cover.
Jamie admits he punishes himself in the gym to impress the ladies.
He says: "I just want to get my tight on. If someone grabs your arm in a club, you want to let them know you're sturdy."
Jamie also revealed he keeps motivated by speaking to people who are "more successful" than him.
He says: "Clint Eastwood told me he still gets nervous about things. Here's a person as accomplished as he is, and he's hungry. It lets you know that you're still taking baby steps and have to keep striving to achieve your goals."
