Britney Spears' Funky evidence

Britney Spears' former assistant, Shannon Funk, and bodyguard Daimon Shippen have both been served with legal orders to give evidence in the singer's custody battle.
Funk was served with a subpoena at California's Long Beach airport on Tuesday night (14.08.07) to give evidence regarding Spears' parenting of sons Sean Preston, 23 months, and Jayden James, 11 months.
The legal papers were issued by Mark Vincent Kaplan, lawyer to Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Bodyguard Shippen was served with legal papers on Monday night (13.08.07) as he got out of his car in Santa Monica.
Spears' cousin and personal assistant Alli Sims was also subpoenaed in the early hours of Sunday morning (12.08.07) as she left a private party in the Hollywood Hills.
Last week, Federline filed for primary custody of the couple's two sons, which would entitle him to have Sean and Jayden in his care for 70 per cent of the time. Custody is currently shared equally between Federline and Spears.
Meanwhile, Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon said yesterday (14.08.07) he will consider a request from the media to unseal documents in the couple's divorce case.
Gordon said of the request by KNBC-TV and People magazine: "They're appropriate participants in here."
A hearing for Spears and Federline's lawyers to keep the details private has been scheduled for September 14.
Federline's lawyer Kaplan said afterwards: "The documents contain information about the schedules of the couple's children and other details that could put them in jeopardy. It would be best for the children that they not be exposed."

Kevin Federline is a money grubbing, media hungry parasite who continues to attempt to take advantage of a presently troubled girl. Spears showing near breakdown for a while with attempts to slow down, married her worst possible choice. Wild mood swings are signs of mental duress that her friends and handlers should be addressing. All celebrities go out on the town get wild with care givers temporarily taking care of their children. Someone should tell the male prostitute the divorce is over and people should give the girl some breathing room to get her head on straight.
How anyone could manage feeling the media is hanging on every breath you take is beyond me... I give the Hollywood stars so much credit and am surprised most of them aren't as crazy or crazier than Britney.
Honestly, though, I'm surprised she hasn't figured out yet that if she hired someone to teach her how to be boring, eventually the media would leave her alone.
Pulling these kinds of stunts are not cries for help... they are an emotionally stressed woman's way out acting out and looking for something real. She's never had a normal life, so her efforts are basically fruitless.
She should give up and just kill herself already.

I agree with the one girl that said Kevin is greedy and taking advantage of Brittany. Kevin has used Brittany from the very beginning. Brittany started off ruining her life by marrying kevin F. and now that she is under distress and needs some time to pull it together, he just has to find another way to pull her down even further. yes, she is doing a good job of messing things up for herself right now, but he doesn't need to exploit her any further. Kevin just wants her money; why can't he just try to get temporary custody? Why doesn't her mother try for temporary custody? This is another Anna Nicole case with everyone wanting the baby just for the money. What ever happened to loving and protecting the innocent?
They are all a mess ... everybody involved acts like trailer trash parodies of themselves. But then the whole scene is like the Jerry Springer show and guess who the audience is? You. Duh! Get over it or do something constructive about the children getting abused next door to you. At least the kids are male and *slightly* less likely to be sexually abused by the nutjobs hired as nannies.
Kevin is nothing but a freeloader, Those little boys are nothing but (bargaining Chips) to him, If he felt this way then he shouldn't of signed the divorce papers two weeks ago agreeing to the terms.
What a pathetic bunch of losers. Those little boys deserve much better.

From how Britney has been acting in the media, Maybe it would be a good thing for Kevin to have the boys 70 percent of the time. Maybe it would be safer for the boys to be out of the limelight for awhile as well.
