Federline uses ex-Israeli commando to serve papers as war heats up

The New York Daily News reports that dramatic video has surfaced from TMZ.com of an ex-Israeli commando serving a subpoena on Britney Spears' ex assistant, Alli, who Kevin Federline says can testify that Spears is a bad mother.
"Alli, don't touch it!" a female voice is heard yelling at Alli Sims, Spears' cousin and former assistant. "Alli, don't touch it!"
"We just served her with a subpoena," Aaron Cohen, the former Israeli commando hired by Kevin Federline's lawyer, is heard saying on the video posted online by TMZ.com.
"I didn't touch it!" Sims insisted as her SUV rolled away. "I did not touch it!"
The gloves are off and Federline's vigorous war with Spears for primary custody of their sons, 11-month-old Jayden James and Sean Preston, 23 months old is just beginning.
Britney’s assistant Alli Sims, who was served with a court summons this past weekend, she was just the beginning.
Perez Hilton now reports that more close to Spears will be served by the ex-Israeli Commando at the behest of Federline's lawyers.
Sources revealed exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Daimon Shippen was served with legal papers on Monday night, under the direction of Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.
Daimon is Britney’s former bodyguard and rumored boyfriend. Perez reports that he and Britney "appear to have fallen out recently, as they haven’t been seen in public and Shippen was working with a different female client on Monday night."
Federline's server, Aaron Cohen, hit Daimon with a subpoena, forcing him to appear in court to testify on Britney’s parenting skills.

Kevin Is nothing more then a SLEEZE, He wants to use those kids as bargaining chips, If this sleaze felt this way then he shouldn't have signed the divorce papers two weeks ago and agreed to the terms.
They're both nothing but immature, selfish little children themselves. If he's such a good parent, why did he walk away from the first children he had? Oh, that's right, Britney is rich, so he dumped the mother of his first children for her. He may be a gold digging slut, but at least he and (what's her name, Shar?) are a little more stable mentally than Britney. CPS are the ones who should be making this decision, not some judge.
