Federline closes in on erratic Spears

The war between the Roses is heating up, as Kevin Federline has carefully documented and crafted an argument to wrest his children away from their off-kilter and problematic mother who dallies with college boys in jacuzzis.
An assistant to Britney Spears was subpoenaed Sunday to offer a statement in a legal matter concerning the pop star and ex-husband Kevin Federline, a lawyer said.
Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told The AP that Alli Sims would be asked to give a deposition "in connection with the Britney Spears-Kevin Federline issue," but would give no specifics.
He said the subpoena was delivered to Sims because she was "believed to have relevant information," but declined to discuss what she would be asked.
Not known was if the action was related to the child custody hearing scheduled for Aug. 14.
Since February, Spears, 25, and Federline, 29, have had a shared joint custody of their sons, 22-month-old Sean Preston and 10-month-old Jayden James.
Britney Spears allegedly had an all-night party and a drunken hot tub tryst wit a college student recently, according to Us Weekly.
The Magazine says Britney selected a kid named Matt Encinias, who was actually just an extra from her latest video, to invite back to L.A.’s Standard Downtown hotel for drinks at the rooftop pool.
Before long, Britney was allegedly drinking heavily and making out with the 21-year-old college student, who says he played a scandalous game of truth or dare that eventually left Brit topless.

Brittany needs real help. Her children should be in protective custody.
If she were a 'normal' person, those children would have been taken from her already. When is someone going to do something to really help this girl and protect her children?
K-Fed may have enjoyed the glamorous life but I never read any accounts of him being a dysfunctional parent. He may not have millions but that does not disqualify him from being
a concerned parent. I daresay many of us did not grow up with parents who had Spears $$$,
but that did not mean we had poor upbringing either. Personally Brit seems like a young woman having a very public breakdown..why have her kids exposed to her wreckless lifestyle.
Let K-fed take on his role and responsibilty of being a father.
Remind me never to go out and have a good time and leave my children with a responsible grand-parent.
Then again I am not under the intense pressures of Super-Stardom nor do I have the Press or a host of filth ready to sell my every move to make me look as bad as possible to the world.
Give her a break, people don't ask to have breakdowns, nor are they fully responsible for their actions during one either. I would like to see any of you critics cope with the pressure she must be under, espescially when someone is threatening to take your children away.
I am sure that sometimes she would trade her wealth for a bit of anonimity.
At leat she didn't go to Portugal and leave the boys alone whilst poping out for some fun!!
its obvious that britney has some form of mental illness. it doesnt appear that she is fit to be a parent, and from what we hear and see in the news, it appears that kevin has the best interest of his kids in mind. i think that britney is too selfish to be a mother. her behavior is disturbing and if someone doesnt step in soon, the kids are going to be effected in a negative way. i think that she is a danger to those kids and i believe that kevin is doing the right thing by trying to get full custody of the kids. britney desperately needs help. she needs to get on some kind of medication before she hurts herself or someone else or even cracks to the point of being institutionalized.
They're both very immature, and should never had the children to begin with. But, just because you're a parent, doesn't mean your life has to end. That's absolutely ridiculous! (comment aimed at first poster by the way-get out of the dark ages girl!) It's perfectly allright to get a babysitter in order to go out and have a good time. Now, is she partying too much? Maybe. Is HE partying too much? Maybe. I think it should be handed over to CPS to decide. Those children may or may not be miserable, but who are WE to know? We don't live with them.
p.s. Brit needs to get herself some counseling while CPS takes a look at her babies.

I don't believe that Britney deserves to have those little boys in her life.She is obviously not interested in being a Mother, just having a good time.They deserve so much more and if she did not have money C.P.S would have already taken them.I don't believe Kevin deserves them either.HE is also a party animal.They both need to grow up and stay at home and be real parents.
