The supermodel, who has four children with rocker ex-husband Sir Mick Jagger, will see her rollercoaster life chronicled in a series of media installations made from archive footage and stills at New York's Metro Pictures Gallery in Chelsea.
A gallery representative told the New York Post newspaper: "It glamorises the rags-to-riches story of the young Texas beauty who achieves fame and the love of Bryan Ferry and Mick Jagger after she moves to Paris with her $800 settlement from a car accident."
The exhibition entitled 'The Jerry Hall Story', created by T.J. Wilcox, is set to open next month.
Jerry - who split from the Rolling Stones frontman in 1999 after it was revealed he had fathered a child with Brazilian beauty Luciana Morad - recently revealed she is looking for love.
The 51-year-old beauty said: "I'm single at the moment but I'm dating several people - they're all special. I have what I describe as 'gentleman callers'.
"I do believe in love but I live with my four children and I don't think it would be right to get married now.
"If I met the right person, then maybe but at the moment I'm happy dating."
