This is stupid. Why must we all be so judgmental. If she has it she caught it from a BOYFRIEND ... she wasn't whoring herself out to a different guy every night. Step off your high horses and realize that things like this can happen to anyone. She is an adult who made an adult choice and, if this is true, is dealing with the adult consequences! 20% of the population has genital herpes, and some 70-80% has oral herpes, and they are essentially the same virus. Ever see those commercials for Abreva or Herpacin L? HERPACIN a.k.a herpes, we just like to use the word cold sore to make it more acceptable. It's a lot more widespread than you think, and many people can be carriers of the virus and never have symptoms, therefore they spread it unknowingly, and therefore you all need to shut up and stop being so judgmental. Maybe you should go get yourself tested. BTW men most often are the ones who carry it without symptoms, and they then pass it to their female partners who develop symptoms often quicker and more often. Read up a little before you make yourselves sound stupid!
