Marilyn Manson has been accused of stealing millions of dollars from his band to buy human skeletons and masks made of human skin.
Manson's former keyboard player Stephen Bier - whose stage name was Madonna Wayne Gacy - is suing the shock rocker for allegedly not honouring an partnership agreement Manson and the other band members signed in 1993 to share profits.
The suit - filed at the Los Angeles County Superior Court last week - alleges Manson, real name Brian Warner, tricked the band into thinking they weren't making much money.
But the suit claims the singer was actually spending the money on a bizarre collection of oddities, including "African masks made of human skin, the full skeleton of a four-year-old Chinese girl, and the full skeleton of a 17th Century male in a wheelchair and Nazi paraphernalia including a handbag once owned by Hitler's girlfriend Eva Braun".
Bier claims Manson owes him at least $20 million in shared profits.
The suit states Manson also used the band's profits to buy a $2 million home and pay for personal drug treatment, a low-budget movie production and a Los Angeles gallery to display his artwork.
He is also accused of spending $450,000 on an engagement ring and his subsequent wedding to burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese, who has since divorced him.
Manson vehemently denies the allegations, saying: "The fact that he's claiming that I've treated him unfairly, financially, is really ridiculous.
"And I would never spend my money on a Chinese girl skeleton. That would be crossing the line. It's a Chinese boy, for the record."

he looks like alan trap
He and Tim Skold pretty much do all the writing of the songs, shouldn't the two of them be getting a larger share? Tim's never complained once about his wages. It's THEIR artwork the other guys in the band are performing. When you join Marilyn, you're doing just that, you're joining him, not becoming one with him. His bandmembers, unfortunately, are not equals, they're simply his employees. It's very rare that he bonds with one they way he has with Skold. If one of them doesn't get as much as Marilyn does, there's a reason, they're his musicians. Do owners of companies have to pay their employees as much as the owners themselves make? No. It's not fair the music industry is like this, but that's just the way it works.
P.S. Yes, he would make a GREAT president. At least he's honest about his thoughts and actions, unlike politicians.
Such things happen in music and I would not doubt it. He seems like a flake,I like his artistic statements, and if he said he would share, then he should.
Marilyn Manson uses rumours to self himself why would you denie something that makes people talk about you. i no i wouldnt
Manson is a symbol of everything our so called culture is against but really deep down we all wanna try it. Manson to me is an amazing artist, writer, and singer and should be praised more for his work rather than abused. x x x x
I totally agree with you Constance!
