Kate Moss has been offered a record deal.Hit Factory music legend Pete Waterman met the supermodel in a London bar recently and is confident he can turn her into a chart-topping pop sensation.A source told Britain's Closer magazine: "Pete believes Kate could top the charts - he told her she could be the new Kylie. "She seemed keen and said she'd think about it."Pete even thinks Kate could join The Sheilas, the all-girl group who star in the Sheila's Wheels car insurance commercial.Pete said: "I'm sure Kate would make a great pop star. We're always on the lookout for new artists. Maybe she could start by joining The Sheilas as a guest vocalist."Kate, 33, previously joined her ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty and his band Babyshambles for several public performances to duet on his song 'La Belle et le Bete'.(C) BANG Media International
