Chris O'Donnell is to become a father for the fifth time.
The 'Batman and Robin' actor announced he and his wife Caroline Fentress are adding another addition to their ever-expanding brood.
Speaking about his four children on America's 'Today' show, O'Donnell said: "We've got another one on the way."
He then joked: "Yeah, we're just starting to figure out how it works. I think I know why this is happening, but we're really excited about it."
The couple, who married in 1997, already have Lily Ann, seven, Christopher Eugene, six, four-year-old Charles McHugh and 16-month-old Finlay.
O'Donnell, 37, met his wife, a schoolteacher, while he was studying at Boston College - when he was sharing a room with her brother.
O'Donnell also revealed he took daughter Lily on the set of his latest movie.
He has just finished filming 'Kit Kittredge: An American Girl Mystery', a story based on the American Girl line of dolls - something which appealed to young Lily.
He said: "She came to the set and hung out for four days."
O'Donnell is best known for his role as Robin in 'Batman Forever' and the universally panned sequel 'Batman and Robin'.
