Lindsay Lohan does whatever she wants, 'I'm a celebrity'

Before Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning, she commandeered a car and took three men hostage according to the three men who were in the car with her, reports TMZ.com.
TMZ interviewed Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake who claim to have gone to Malibu with the boyfriend of Lindsay Lohan's assistant.
Allegedly, a bit later the assistant text-messaged Dante, saying Lindsay wanted to invite him to a Malibu party that night.
Dante tells TMZ that he and his friends drove to the party. Dante and the assistant's boyfriend were let in, but Jakon and Ronnie were rejected and stayed outside.
Dante claims Lindsay allegedly was never without a drink during the evening and he even did a shot with her.
An argument ensued with Lindsay's assistant and her boyfriend - which angered Lindsay who rebuked her, to which the assistant allegedly said, "I quit," which then "enraged" Lindsay.
The three guys took this as their cue to leave, in the GMC Denali belonged to Dante, but he was sitting in the front passenger seat. Ronnie and Jakon were in the back seat.
The assistant and her boyfriend continued to bicker. The assistant left in a separate car.
According to the group's interview with TMZ, "Lindsay suddenly jumped in the driver's seat of the Denali, started the engine and began driving -- chasing the assistant's car. Ronnie says he was so fearful, he jumped out of the vehicle as it accelerated. Just as he hit the ground, he says Lindsay ran over his foot and just kept going."
Allegedly a frightened Dante says he tried to grab the wheel when tey were speeding on the Pacific Coast Highway, allegedly prompting Lindsay to say, "If you touch me I'll sue you." Jakon says they pleaded with her to stop.
Dante claimed to TMZ they were going 100 MPH. They say Lindsay caught up with the assistant and began doing circles on PCH, around the assistant's car.
They claim that Lindsay boasted, "I can't get in trouble. I'm a celebrity. I can do whatever the f**k I want."
The now former assistant finally got away from Lindsay on PCH. Dante says Lindsay thought the assistant was going to her mother's house in Santa Monica so Lindsay went there.
It was then allegedly when the assistant's mother was pulling into the driveway as Lindsay arrived.
TMZ reports that Dante claims the mother "panicked at Lindsay's crazy driving," and backed out and took off not knowing who was behind the wheel. The guys say Lindsay then began to chase her at speeds of up to 80 MPH through Santa Monica, "blowing multiple red lights."
TMZ then reports that Dante "realized the mother was driving to the police station and warned Lindsay if she didn't stop she'd get in hot water. He says Lindsay responded, 'I'm a celebrity. I'm not going to get in trouble.' "
The two cars finally stopped in a parking lot near the station. When police arrived, Dante claims that Lindsay put the blame on someone else: "I wasn't driving. The black kid was driving," Lohan is alleged to have said.
Dante and Jakon say they watched as Lindsay failed the field sobriety test. They say when she tried touching her nose, she almost fell over.
As Ronnie put it "It was pretty much the worst night of my whole summer."
Lohan's reps had no comment to TMZ.

No excuses needed for the behavior of Miss Lohan. There are a lot of decent people out there who have no family support but don't go off the deep end. She is a party girl, and that seems to be all she cares about.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what is the right way to do things, and it appears she could care less. The entertainment world needs to boycott her, until she finally decides to shape up and realize the world doesn't revolve around her

The entertainment and sports arenas are littered with these 'I'm a celebrity' types who have no accountability or integrity. I don't feel sad for them. The judge should throw the book at them, especially when they get behind the wheel and endanger others.
What's really boring is the whole poor little rich girl routine from all these gals. They need to go do some time in third world countries and or something worthwhile to help others. Oh but I'd guess they'd be dragging the camera crews with them so we could all see how 'special' they were.
It is sad that Lohan started out as such a wonderful actress...at least she's got that over Hilton and Richie.

I was just thinking the same thing this girl never had a chance with the parents that Lindsey had Its a miracle that she didn't start acting out at the age of 13. Look at her parents their still at each other Its DISGUSTING.

Every individual is to be held resposible for his or her actions. No matter how messed up mom and dad are; She made the choices and did the deeds. If you do the crime you do the time. If I did all the stuff she has done I would not see the outside of a cell for 10-20 years; that is the sad truth. She will go to rehab for 90 days and be released and some where a young girl well learn that it is okay to do drugs and drink because Lindsey did not get in any real trouble.
lindsay makes paris look like audrey hepburn. there is a duality with people like lindsay - on the one hand they are sick for reasons beyond their control (typically, sex abuse) and need help, but on the other hand they are horrible, selfish people who make everyone around them miserable. people usually try to see it one way or the other, but both are true at the same time. IMO the solution is that someone this antisocial deserves to be certified, and forcibly exposed to the therapy she needs until she improves. and not namby-pamby court mandated rehab for substance abuse, but real therapy for her BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER
So the 18 to 21 year old group are expected to be drug heads, drunks and partying is all they are concerned about - I don't think so!! Most kids that age deserve much more credit than that. Lindsey wasn't born yesterday and has been out in the world exposed to decent people even if her parents were screwed up - she chose to live the way she does. She has no regard for anyone or anything other than her own desires. She needs to be held accountable just like anyone else, and people need to get over the 'poor little Lindsey' crap!!
She is clearly unglued. Anyone who walks around naked in rehab is an exhibitionist - and that's when she's sober - and then worries that some nude pictures on the internet will ruin her career is clearly crazy. What career? She is destroying her career much more effectively than her ex-boyfriend possibly could and a few nude pictures are the least of her worries.
Why did she tell the police that 'the Black kid was driving?' Was she so sure that the cop would believe that speeding and running circles around another car on PCH one of the most dangerous highways in the U.S had to be the actions of 'the black kid'? That black kid is a person, not an object. She almost killed him with her antics. Pointing him out as the perp just proves that she is a bigot as well as a spoiled idiot. Enough.

ahhh...to be young and stupid again. Age will cure her of all these things. Concidering she was drunk, sort of gets rids of people inhabitions, so i can see why she acted that way. Like most people after a nite on the town, you wake with a wonderfull hangover and the stupidity of your actions(hopefully remorse sinks in and allows one to analyze their actions)
The blame needs to be placed only where it's deserved,on lindsay and her pimp of a mother.It seems all to common where you have parents who have child stars and try to live a lifestyle beyond there means or since they come into money they have outrageous habits and disgusting behavior as displayed by lohan and her pimp.Sports stars are exactly the same and I refuse to let my child look up to or purchase a majority sportswear because of the 'ME ME ME' attitude.The comment that was made about 18-21 yr olds being drug heads and such was not a very bright statement.We as a society have become so quick to blame others or the latest addiction for our misdoings from drugs to overeating at your nearest fastfood chain.This world really is going to Hel in a handbag.

No, Angie, we weren't all perfect at that age, but most of us weren't driving drunk repeatedly, doing cocaine, partying every minute and sleeping around the block, and thinking we could do as we damn well pleased without thought of anyone else and the law!! Age is a lame excuse for this behavior!
You need to re-read Jennifer's remarks. She didn't say all 18 to 21 year olds were drug heads..........she said just the opposite because someone else remarked that that age group was expected to act up! Lindsey needs to be responsible for her stupid actions, and they aren't just 'acting up' at a young age. She has done some serious 'acting up'! Her parents might be responsible to some degree, but we are talking about a seemingly intelligent young woman who should know better unless she has gone around with blinders on her whole life. She has been exposed to the world and has had more experience than someone twice her age, so it's not like 'duh, I'm too young to know any better'!! And besides that, she keeps repeating the stupid actions without any visiable remorse.

WTF, Give me a break if any of us Non-celebrities did 1/3rd of what these prissy little girls do we would not see free sunlight for 3 to 5 years. You would not see scores of people running to our defense saying ohhh poor them no, you would see normal society throwing the book at us. I am sick and tired of the likes of Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Nichole Richie etc being at the top of the news stories. They obviously don't care, why should we.
Survival of the fittest. This is natural selection at work in the celebrity species.
If she had more talent or a larger body of work maybe the viewing public such as myself wouldn't care about these activities. Currently she only has one movie (which I haven't seen yet) that would fall into my demographic.
Over the years many actors and entertainers have acted 'badly'. I have to determine if that behavior is so bad as to deter me from viewing their work. I think this is the case in many similar situations. A performer can maintain their popularity based on past or current success despite being an idiot in public.
An artist's work is not reduced in its quality if the artist is a moron. Even actors whose politics or behavior I don't agree with can still be entertaining. When I see them perform I don't think about those things. I've seen many outstanding actors come across as boring morons in interviews when they don't have a script. I still love their movies.
However, if the performer's behavior is their defining characteristic BEFORE they have established a body of quality work the likely hood of gaining new fans or maintaining old fans is less. At her age her own 'perceived' success is not realistic. It is out of proportion to the reality. I am sure the use of alcohol and drugs adds to this false sense of importance.
There is no way to predict how her future career will turn out. She could overcome this sense of self importance (doubtful) or most likely she will continue this behavior end up a 'B' list star (the alcohol and drug abuse are taking a toll. She's looking a bit rough). Her current movie was released without any advanced views by movie critics. This is not a good sign. She is probably going to be kicked off her next movie as well due to her current behavior. This means she will not have as many choices in the future.
I could care less really but I love theorizing and waiting to see if my theories are correct.

I've had a handfull of family and friends with addiction problems from cigarettes, to pot, to alcohol. It's all the same. You have to want to stop. When you truly want to stop, you find things to do, and places to go when you feel a craving coming on. It could be as simple as walking your dog. Hard to chug a beer in a public sidewalk. She needs to find what keeps her out of trouble, and go to it whenever she feels that urge coming on. But first, she needs to WANT to stay out of trouble. Right now she strikes me as the type that's enjoying what she's doing. Sorry, but drunks like her are a dime a dozen just like young actresses. If she doesn't stop, somebody prettier and more talented is going to take her place, and leave her living in a trash bin somewhere.

My tolerance is such that I could walk a tight rope 40 feet in the air and not even be slightly dizzy. I have in fact...being a circus performer drinking comes w/the job. I don't think people who don't drink have the right to judge everyone who drinks.

I am very sad about Lindsay Lohan. I hope that she is going to overcome her addiction. I realize that her parents as problem number one, both mother and father are losers. Lindsay has no family support and is all alone in the dog eat dog world. Lets hope that fate is going to be kind
to her. Cocaine plus alcohol give a feeling a great power, as it is
reflected in her behavior on the night of her arrest.
