If I'm able to help or lend my support to something because I'm in a position where people look up to me, then it's my responsibility to appreciate and honour that. It's certainly not something I take lightly."The 30-year-old actress - who is married to actor Freddie Prinze Jr. - says it frustrates her when the media choose to publicise young stars, like Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, who have gone off the rails.She said: "It makes me sad.
