Regardless of any question into PTL's past financial dealings, Mrs Messner was apparently gifted with a heart of gold. If there is a Heaven, she deserves to be an occupant. Peace to her and her loved ones.
A heart of gold?POssibly ,but that shows trough something else than words and books .That needs to be demonstrated in how you care for your fellow humans .Any references ?I dont want to be rudes but peaising the Lord ,etc does not qualify,neither does making a fortune with religion,which seems to be the main gift of televangelists .Is this one an exception?

This woman made millions taking advantage of the weaknesses of others. This was no saint. Her death, while sad, should not be used as an excuse to forgive years of misrepresentation.
She certainly reaped the benefits of bilking unsuspecting people out of millions of dollars by living a very lavish lifestyle. It would appear that in the last years she had tried to repent for this and did do some good with her life. Love her or hate her, she turned into an 'entertainer' of sorts, and if anything, will be remembered for her 'clown' makeup unfortunately.
I am sorry that she got cancer, noone should have to go through that, but I am not sure about Tammy Faye, I know that I remember the scandals and the millions of dollars and the people that sent them the money were living from paycheck to paycheck, anyway it's neither here nor there but I never understood the heavy makeup she wore, I always wondered how she could lift her eyelashes with all that gunk on there, I thought she was a pretty lady, she didnt need all that makeup. Anyway no matter what good she did or how much she loves this or loves that, noone can get into heaven unless you have Jesus in your heart and none of that was ever mentioned, so I do hope that she is in heaven..anyway on this end there is no bitterness, none at all. We all do bad things in our lives and we just have to go on and make the best of what we have.
