Prison is not good enough. People who get enjoyment out of the suffering of others should suffer themselves. Vick and his co-horts have proven they are not decent enough to live with the rest of human society nor should they be allowed anywhere near animals. He's a victimizer. For those who think he's only into dog fighting, and that isn't worthy of your wrath, I'm sure other violence turns him on as well. It's a pattern. Ask any serial killer.

ANYONE who takes part in cruel acts such as these, deserves to receive that which they doled out. These people are not people, they are not human, they are not worthy of sharing the same planet.

Michael Vick and his pals are lower than the feces left by the dogs they tortured.

To: If one: This isn't about 'colored,' you idiot. Jeez, talk about making everything about race. This is about human beings out of control. Or should we even call someone that has no respect for the dignity of life a human being. I hope he fries in Hell.

If this man is indeed guilty of this horrific crime he deserves to be treated like a common criminal and someone who is completely bereft of common decency. The fact that anyone could do something like this to helpless animals is so unthinkable it is almost too much to wrap your head around. In addition, the press, by publishing just exactly was was done to the poor defenseless animals just adds fuel to the fire of some really potentially misguided wretches out there who are only too willing to follow in Wick's footsteps. It is time we stopped making ball players into gods - they are only too human (or sub-human) as this proves.

The NFL is filled with people that support Michael Vick and the exact same type of ghetto mentality that breeds the immorality so prevalent in the inner city, so is it any wonder that he or those like him think that murder and cruelty are acceptable? No, it is not. The simple fact is that Michael Vick is scum. People who support him are scum, and furthermore, people who support any behavior that devalues life are scum.... is the point getting through? I doubt it.

in this particular story, race is most definitely a coloring factor pun intended. The dog fighting craze is rampant in the ghetto, gang culture and poor southern towns, whereas poor whites are known for puppy mill breeding offenses, poor blacks are known for fighting dogs for money. Which begs the question- why would an ostensibly educated rich athlete mix with this black trash?

Mike Vick should have a gang of pit bulls attack his herpes infested ass. He can't hide behind the fake name of 'Ron Mexico' PETA and myself will destroy him and his THUG LIFESTYLE, I hope he dies!

Vick is no different than his juvenile brother who thinks stomping on someone already down during a football game is appropriate. This story sounds really bad. Anyone involved with torture and death of animals does not appreciate life in any form and deserves the maximum time the crime gets. The 'thug life' culture needs to be 'put to sleep.' Don't go away mad, just go away.

The fighting, maiming, torturing, and vicious killing of animals is a heinous crime and the laws governing penalty are a ridiculous joke. Animal cruelty is perpetuated by those lax laws and the people who refuse to treat animals as feeling creatures.

Worse still, is the end result of the proven LINK* between animal cruelty and child abuse. Today it is the animal; who will be the next target?

If this person is found guilty of animal cruelty and dog fighting, I hope he and the other people involved, get both the maximum sentence allowed under the law, and the help they so desperately need to break the cycle of abuse.

*More information on the LINK between animal and child abuse can be found at www.americanhumane.org

This is a person who should be committed. Better yet, put him in one of those dog pens, douse him with blood and urine, tie to a chair and turn the pits loose on him. Oh, by the say, make sure he is naked. He doesn't have any manhood to miss anyway.

I want the TV stations to know that I will be contacting all business who sponsor a Falcon's game while this sicko is still playing, I will not under any circumstances purchase any of their products. One of the best ways to get through to these idiots is through their pocketbook.

Should anyone be surprised by these claims, they are in desperate need of a wake up call. In the end, I predict the full exposure of Michael Vick's criminal activity will go far beyond his role in dog fighting. The sad news, Vick is only the tip of the permissive iceberg we call pro atheletes. I agree with the posting that he should be caged and forced to eat from the floor...give him a taste of how he treated those helpless animals.

Isn't that special. Nike is going to continue supporting Dead Dog Vick. Gonna go and put his shoes up for sale. Nike and their shoes should be put in the same graves they put those tortured, dead dogs.

After Mad Dog Vick is found guilty, send him to prison. Put him in the main population. Heartell prisoners get very upset about people who abuse seniors, kids, babies and pets. Then tell me which top dog you will bet on then.

Code of conduct - garbage. In place when convenient. Blank - useless as tits on a boar hog. Falcon sponsors - out the door. No one should buy any product from any company that sponsors the Falcons.

Vick needs jail time, a huge fine, community service and mental health care. I will boycott any product he endorses. Dogs are a wonderful source of love and companionship for many people, especially those who are home-bound. I don't understand how some people exist without a Conscience. Vick maybe monetarily wealthy but he is also morally bankrupt!
