Kate Hudson's Dax Shepard romance

Kate Hudson is said to be dating 'Employee of the Month' star Dax Shepard.

The couple were seen leaving Malibu restaurant Nobu on Saturday night (14.07.07) hand-in-hand after enjoying a meal there.

A witness told gossip website TMZ: "There were loads of photographers outside the restaurant when they left. Dax took of his shirt so Kate could hide her face with it. She was giggling because he was topless. They walked hand-in-hand to a black convertible and drove off together."

Kate split from boyfriend Owen Wilson last month. She was allegedly unhappy he was not spending enough time with her.

Kate and Owen met on the set of romantic comedy 'You, Me and Dupree' while Kate was still with her husband, Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson, with who she has a three-year-old son, Ryder.

The 28-year-old actress split from Chris in August last year after almost six years of marriage, but denied the break-up was caused by her friendship with Owen.

Kate and Owen went public with their relationship in March.
