Rebecca Romijn marries

Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell got married on Saturday (14.07.07) in an intimate Los Angeles ceremony.

The 'Ugly Betty' actress wed 'Jerry Maguire' star O'Connell in front of 100 family and friends - as well as their pet dogs Taco and Better, who were dressed in black bow ties.

Romijn said: "It was the perfect celebration and Jerry and I couldn't be happier."

The western-themed wedding took place at the couple's ranch in the suburb of Calabasas in 100-degree Fahrenheit heat.

The newlyweds met in 2004 when Romijn was working on her documentary 'Wet Dreams', about choreographing a water show using the fountains at Las Vegas' Bellagio Hotel and Casino.

She recalls: "I met Jerry at a party. We told him what we were doing and he said, 'You're making a documentary out of this? I want to be the boom operator.' He was totally game."

O'Connell, 33, proposed to 34-year-old Romijn on a romantic trip to New York in 2005.

Romijn was previously married to 'ER' actor John Stamos for five years before the pair divorced in 2005.

O'Connell is set to star in new US TV comedy 'Carpoolers' later this year.
