Lindsay Lohan's naked fury

Lindsay Lohan is set to take legal action after naked photographs of her were stolen.

The 'Mean Girls' actress has been left fuming after a computer hacker stole racy pictures taken of her by on/off lover Calum Best.

Lindsay wrote on her internet message board: "All I know is that someone broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying they had the pictures Calum took of me naked. My lawyer knows about it.

"If I ever found out who broke into my computer, he is in big s**t."

Lindsay has instructed her legal team to ensure the intimate images are never released on the internet as she fears they could ruin her career.

The star has been dating the British model since earlier this year and invited him to her 21st birthday party earlier this month.

Meanwhile, Lindsay has checked out of rehab.

The actress officially left Malibu's Promises centre on Friday (13.07.07), after "successfully completing her 45 days of residential and extended care" for alcoholism.

Lindsay's representative Leslie Sloane Zelnick released a statement on Sunday (15.07.07), saying: "She has transitioned to an intensive outpatient programme, which includes attendance at daily Alcoholic Anonymous meetings, outpatient therapy and daily testing.

"On her own, she has also made the decision in support of her sobriety to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served."

Lindsay celebrated her release by partying at Las Vegas' Pure Nightclub, where she abstained from alcohol and sipped on energy drinks instead.

Zelnick added: "She's doing great. Lindsay is working hard on her sobriety and we are all supporting her."

Lindsay entered rehab for the second time this year following her arrest for DUI (driving under the influence) in May.
