Charlie Sheen - © Scott Alan / PhotorazziCharlie and Brooke met back in April 2006 at a party in the home of director/producer Brett Ratner, according to Liz Smith of the New York Post.The star of CBS' "Two and a Half Men" took Mueller down to Costa Rica for a brief vacation. Charlie then surprised her with a "Welcome to Costa Rica" gift, a Patek Calatrava watch from Robert Maron with engraving on the back that read "B. - Wanna get married? . . . Love - C." Smith reports that the gesture "caught Brooke totally off-guard. Then Charlie produced a radiant cut, 11-carat, natural yellow diamond set in a platinum ring.""Once I put the ring on her finger," says Charlie to Smith, "you've never seen two happier people in your life." This will make marriage number three for Sheen, who is fully recovered from his divorce from actress Denise Richards, the mother of his two girls.
