Jason Priestley and wife welcome baby girl

Jason Priestley and his wife, Naomi Lowde have welcomed a little girl into their lives.

No details were announced of the birth, such as weight, time of birth, or the child's name.

Priestley and Naomi Lowde have been married for two years, and currently live in Los Angeles, which is where it is believed Priestley's wife delivered the baby.

Jason Priestley was picked up by the AP as he told Los Angeles affiliate KTTV-TV that, "She's beautiful. It was like the second she came into the world, just everything changed."

Jason Priestley and Naomi Lowde met in 2001.   Priestley, who had been a race car driver during his acting, suffered a terrible crash one year prior in his car at the Kentucky Speedway.

The crash nearly killed Priestley, and he has cited Naomi with helping him recover so  he could return to acting.

In 2005, Priestley and Lowde were married on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. E Online reports that Priestley some of his ex-castmates from Beverly Hills 90210 including Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Tiffany Amber Thiessen and Tori Spelling.

IMDB lists that Priestley has guest-starred on television shows, "8 Simple Rules," "Without a Trace" and "What I Like About You."
