Jolie lays down the law with Pitt's family

Angelina Jolie is reportedly angry with Brad Pitt's family because of their friendship with Jennifer Aniston.

The 'Wanted' actress is said to have been left fuming when Brad's mother Jane Pitt left the Father's Day party Angelina had organised to go and visit her son's ex-wife Jennifer.

A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "When Jane returned to the party, Angelina froze her out and after the party, she and Brad had a huge fight about Jennifer and how she's still in Brad's life."

Days later, Brad's brother, Doug Pitt, publicly referred to Jennifer as Jen "a friend of Brad's".

Angelina allegedly contacted Doug and told him not to speak out about the former 'Friends' star again.

It is also alleged the 'Tomb Raider' actress called Jane to warn her there would be serious consequences if she continued her friendship with 38-year-old Jennifer.

The source added: "Angelina is the mother of Jane's grandchild and feels she deserves more respect.

"She told her, 'If you continue to disrespect me and carry on like this, then you won't see Shiloh.' "

Brad and Angelina are parents to 13-month-old Shiloh, and also adopted children Maddox, five, Pax Thien, three and Zahara, two.
