Simon Cowell says men over 40 shouldn't be allowed to dance.
The 47-year-old music mogul insists he is too old to strut his stuff on the dancefloor and advises guys of a similar age not to attempt to flaunt their dance skills.
Simon said: "It was a long time ago since I last danced. I don't think any male over the age of 40 should be allowed to dance to fast songs.
"I'm going to try and pass a law. We all look ridiculous when we try to dance."
'The X Factor' judge also wants to "ban" emails, because he hates writing them.
Simon moaned: "God knows I don't like emails. I think I might ban them. They're so impersonal. They cause more trouble than phone conversations. Telephones or face to face conversations - that's how I communicate."
