The brunette model - who previously dated Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney - says she and the 'Little Britain' star are good friends but they have never taken their relationship further.
She told Britain's Star magazine: "We did have a couple of dates, but it's not how everyone thinks.
"We've never slept together. We're just pals - really good friends.
"It was a bit weird when he said his proudest moment was seeing me naked. That's flattering because he's seen a fair few chicks naked! People assume that we slept together, but we didn't."
Despite David declaring his love for her, Lisa says they've managed to stay friends even though she doesn't feel the same way.
She added: "It's not very nice when you don't feel the same as someone else, but we are really good friends so have been able to talk about all of that and put it behind us."
However, Lisa can understand why women find him attractive.
She revealed: "He's very funny and women love that, don't they? I know I do. It's very appealing.
"He's good-looking, tall and funny. That's it, really. There's nothing sexier than someone who can make you laugh."
