Tom Sizemore gets 16 months in jail

TMZ.com reports that Sizemore is to serve his time at Donovan Correctional Facilty near San Diego -- citing a rehab facility within the prison.Sizemore is held in L.A. County jail right now, where he will spend the night. Tomorrow, Sizemore is in court once again to get a final length of time ironed out.
