Tom Sizemore gets 16 months in jail

Tom Sizemore - Mann Village Theater - Westwood, CA © Glenn Harris / PhotorazziThe judgement came down earlier in Los Angeles County Superior Court, a judge sentenced Sizemore to 16 months in state prison for violating his probation in a 2004 methamphetamine conviction. TMZ.com reports that Sizemore is to serve his time at Donovan Correctional Facilty near San Diego -- citing a rehab facility within the prison.Sizemore is held in L.A. County jail right now, where he will spend the night. Tomorrow, Sizemore is in court once again to get a final length of time ironed out.
