Paris Hilton has said she plans to build a halfway house for ex-cons and that she doesn’t want to hang around the same crowd she was with before her jail stay.
TMZ.com has reported Paris told Ryan Seacrest (via Us) she planned to build a “transitional home” for newly released inmates. The home would be a place where inmates can go to “get food and clothes on their backs.”
She has also stated she wants to find new friends when she is out of jail, and that she is finished with “those types of people” she was associated with before her time in jail.

SHE IS THOSE KIND OF PEOPLE.
Paris is truly a classy lady who just had a bit of bad luck. This is really a person who will make a difference in people's lives. My 14 year old daughter loves her, as do I, and we hope to see a Tiffany's at that women's home, so they can move on in style.

Great if she sticks to her words. It's one thing to spout off about your plans, but another thing to actually carry through. Time will tell...........
