CNN's Nancy Grace under fire: Federal lawsuit

CNN's Nancy Grace is under fire again, the follow up to her controversial show that ultimately yielded a suicide that was allegedly due to her questioning, and a slew of angry viewers.

A judge has ruled that a wrongful death lawsuit alleging CNN's Nancy Grace had "pushed" the mother of a missing toddler to suicide through aggressive questioning on her show will be tried in a federal court.

The Associated Press reports U.S. Magistrate Judge Gary R. Jones "ruled Monday that federal court would handle the lawsuit filed by Melinda Duckett's relatives because the involved parties are from different jurisdictions, according to court documents."

The report states that a lawsuit was filed back in November 2006 and names Grace and CNN as the defendants.

Duckett appeared on Grace's CNN Headline News show in September 2006 about the disappearance of her 2-year-old son, Trenton.

Duckett crawled into a closet and shot herself in the face with a shotgun in her granparent's retirement home, before the network aired the pre-taped interview.

She was believed to be possibly complicit in the disappearance of her son.

Trenton father, Josh Duckett is holding out hope his son is alive and will be found.

The 22-year-old has been looking for his two-year-old son since he disappeared. Melinda had claimed the boy was snatched from her apartment while she was watching television.

Seeing CNN's Nancy Grace show once was sufficient reason, for me, not to watch it again.
The only sure way to stop programming like this is to hope that the advertisers read our feedback and comments.
I believe that Ms. Grace could change and be likable.
I wish her only the best

Predator-Nancy Grace should really stop victimizing victims, it has already cost some people their lives in some cases. It is no wonder Court-TV reduced her hours before they ultimately fired her butt from the show completely recently. And, it becomes ever more clear why Nancy was thrown out of the city of Atlanta years ago, and why Nancy can no longer ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. It is no wonder CNN contractually requires Nancy to be under psychiatric treatment, and why CNN will not allow any broadcast of Nancy on any show affiliated with CNN without at least one of Nancy's Psychologists, Psychiatrists, or other doctors on the set of any broadcast Nancy may attempt.

Michelle from Madison, do you have anything to verify what you've said about Grace? You've made some serious accusations (fired by Court TV, thrown out of Atlanta, can no longer practice law in the U.S., required by CNN to be under psychiatric treatment, etc...) without providing anything to substantiate your claims. Granted, Grace is no princess but some of the things you've said indicate you're as whacked as she is.

My fiance and I can't stand to watch Nancy Grace. She is an irratating bully. Nancy Grace thinks she knows it all and beware who gets in her sights.

That said, I must ask the same question as Michael of Michelle in CA. What proof do you have of these accusations. In order for your accusations to be considered truth rather than slander, you must back up your information with factual statements of where this information came from, otherwise, you are no better than Nancy Grace making accusations without the slightest idea of where the truth is and where imagination begins.

Nancy Grace is wonderful and reflects the beliefs of many people that predators get off the legal liability to many times. She may have reverted to her prosecutor's hat when grilling Duckett and it is too bad Duckett committed suicide without revealing what she knew about the case. You should be ashamed to leave such incredible statements (i.e. can't practice law - how do you know? she may have just chosen to be inactive with her state bar; a CNN psychiatrict contractual provision?) - to quote Saturday Night Live's Puh....leeeez.

I just checked the George State Bar and determined that Nancy Grace is an inactive member in good standing. All she has to do to change her status is to notify the state bar and pay her increased bar dues. I am an attorney and I know many attorneys who choose to become inactive when they are no longer litigating, or when they are ill and take some time off.

Shame, shame, shame on you gossip monger.

Nancy Grace is a tough cookie! Whats wrong with that? We need more advocates like her. She obviously has alot of passion for her work on behalf of victims of crime, and the fact that she is being slandered and blamed for someones suicide makes me very sad. Sure she is outspoken. Sure she asks tough questions. Melinda Duckets suicide was obviouly the result of a very disturbed woman who was unhappy with her life and chose to end it. Melinda chose to be interviewed. Nancy probably struck a nerve and she got scared and couldn't find a way out. It happens. Nancy doesn't deserve this and that family should try to get on with their lives and stop trying to place blame. Good Luck Nancy, We Love You

Nancy Grace needs to slow her roll when it comes to questioning parents. How would she like it if another on air personailty treated her like a criminal if her child came up missing. She needs to really put herself in the shoes of the people she interviews. I really don't blame Melinda Duckett's family for suing her for her death due to the way she questioned her and made it seem that she had something to do with the disappearence of her child. CNN really need to take her show off the air look at what it has caused, another persons life because of her questioning tactics.

I remember the first time I saw Nancy was before the Michael Jackson verdict came out...She was so sure of herself that Michael was going to be guilty and that the evidence was overwhelming in the case of him giving alcohol to a minor, etc. Then 3 minutes after the verdict, 'I called it, there just wasn't enough evidence there to convict him.' What a great statement from a stupid woman. I watched one more where she basically told someone they were wrong in everything they said and she was right, then cut them off of the interview. Needless to say, that was the last time I watched her. She would be a great drill instructor...telling everyone they are wrong.

Nancy Grace stated, again, on Tuesday July 10th that she “is sick.” CNN really needs to address this continued complaint by Nancy that she is sick, as she has remained under this disclosure several times over the recent months. To the truly informed-viewers, we all knew this fact a long time ago. And, it is the part of the reasons why Nancy was kicked out of Atlanta years ago, and why Nancy can no longer practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. It further constitutes the reasons why Court-TV reduced her air-time before they, too, also fired her butt. Anyone see a pattern here with her documented lying, slanderous accusation and insinuations of Nancy committing other crimes against non-convicted victims? No more victims need to lose their life or be harmed as a direct result of Predator Nancy Grace. Some federal and state lawsuits are pending against Predator Grace on this date, with many more expected in the near future. DCF Services should be beginning an investigation to remove Nancy’s expected newborns from day-one to protect them from this Predator Grace who is against victims. Truly, those expected newborns are at risk of harm by predator Grace. Maybe someone needs to champion that cause.

Nancy Grace totally screwed up, again, on her Thursday July 12th show regarding the LISA STEBIC case. Every single guest Nancy had on her show disagreed with points that Nancy attempted to make, every single one of them. CNN really should first require Nancy to become up-to-date on the facts of any case she attempts to cover, because her approach right now is only making Nancy appear to be the idiot she really is. It is even more clear now why Court-TV reduced her air-time before they finally kicked her off that show recently. Seems quite reminiscent of the time the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt, and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Every one of the guests on her show tonight disagreed with Predator Grace, most disagreeing on multiple points and Nancy was unable to respond professionally to her “slaps to the face“ Nancy suffered. Maybe Nancy should just allow the guests to appear and to have an open discussion about a certain case, and only use Nancy to indicate when a commercial-break is eminent, and then to welcome everyone back after the commercial-break has concluded. There, maybe that approach may allow more accurate conversations pertaining to any certain cases, because the approach Nancy attempts clearly does not work for the informed viewers. It may be time for CNN to muzzle this dog. It would be a better approach for victims of crimes, and no more victims would lose their life again as a direct result of any involvement by Predator Nancy Grace. Give it as try CNN, maybe CNN will save more lives of non-convicted victims with that approach.

Nancy Grace was caught lying multiple times, again, on her Friday July 13th show regarding the BENOIT case. Even her guests had to correct Nancy multiple times regarding the facts of this case. One of her lies was when Nancy claims that Benoit “was touring 300 nights per week.” Come on now Nancy, that is sure a lot of nights per week. It is no wonder why Court-TV recently reduced her air-time before they finally kicked her off that show. Seems quite reminiscent of the time the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt, and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Every one of the guests on her show tonight disagreed with Predator Grace, most disagreeing on multiple points and Nancy was unable to respond professionally to her being corrected to the actual facts while on the air. If you have a formal higher-education in aspects of body-language, it was easy to see how Nancy likely knew each one of her callers tonight, which has already been proven to be a bogus phone-in number that she displays. Only her pre-selected stage employees are ever aired as a caller on her show. Looks like Nancy will be gone “in-patient” again really soon. It appears to the informed viewers that Nancy may need another adjustment in her psychological/psychiatric medication regiments one again. Hang in there Nancy, and stay away from all belts, ropes, or chairs.

Pat Lalama had to, again, fill in for Nancy Grace on her Tuesday July 17th show while Nancy was again treated “in-patient” in one of her three frequented Psych-Wards. Too bad CNN is not yet required to post the lawsuit-loses against people like Pat and Nancy as a footnote to their credibility. They have collectively been successfully sued for millions and millions of dollars in just the past several years, not counting all the lawsuits against them both that they lost before the more recent years. Even Pat appeared as Nancy often does, on some type of medications, drugs, or alcohol, and Pat was so influenced (or under the influence) tonight that she often had to use her hands to help hold her head up tonight. And, both Pat and Nancy are expecting even more lawsuits to be filed against them both from more non-convicted victims, especially Nancy, for the crimes they documented against themselves, including defamation, slander, and libel, as well as for Nancy other crimes like being a contributing factor in the death of more non-convicted people. My goodness, that is four known visits for Nancy back to one of her Psych Wards in just the last six weeks. Sounds like Nancy is nervous again because of the pending lawsuits against her in both state and federal courts. Perhaps it might just be easier if Nancy were to change her approach and stop victimizing non-convicted victims. That approach alone might help save more lives, and Predator Nancy Grace should continue with her court-ordered psychological treatment plans as directed by her CNN required psychologists and her CNN required psychiatrists. Simply put, no more victims should be harmed by Nancy Grace as a direct or indirect result of Predator Nancy Grace’s documented un-professionalism.

Nancy Grace totally screwed up on her show again on Thursday July 19th, when she was again was corrected by almost all of her guests tonight. Nancy “attempted” to cover the issue of the MICHAEL VICK case involving some suspected dog fighting. My goodness, I thought there were missing children and missing adults, but only Nancy chose to see suspected dog-fighting as a higher priority than missing people. Maybe Nancy should educate herself to the facts first, before she sticks her foot back into her own mouth. Now, she does definitely has a big mouth, but being factual might be a welcomed change for this predator of victims. Consider this though, if Nancy truly actually learned the facts of a case, any case, first before she threw out more wrong-accusations and wrong-assertions, that would truly be a nice change for herself. Plus, it would also be the first time than that Nancy would have been accurate, if she could even accomplish that task. While it has not ever happened yet, there still remains hope for her to become accurate since she is still working with her third of three Damage-Control teams, since the other first two quit trying to deal with her psychological problems in the recent months since Nancy alleged may have provoked a psychotically-fragile young mother to commit suicide after Nancy verbally battered this poor young mother of a missing child. Well, it remains clear why Nancy can not practice Law anymore in any of the 50 states of the United States. It is also clear why Court-TV recently reduced her air-time before they too fired her butt, and why CNN still mandates that there be a least one of her Psychologists present on any set where Nancy is expected to have some air-time for CNN. Good move CNN, predator Grace certainly comes across as being nutts……. still!

Dog-fighting and steroids are more important to Nancy than victims.
Nancy Grace “attempted” to cover the cases of VICK and BENOIT on Friday July 20th. Nancy must have again forgotten that there are missing children and missing adults that could better use some air-time to help to locate them. Even Trenton Duckett is still missing. I guess dog-fighting and steroid use must be of a higher priority for Predator Grace. Even the guests on her show tonight objected to the wrong accusations and wrong information that spewed from her head. It is no wonder why Nancy Grace was thrown out of Atlanta years ago, and why she can no longer ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. It is also no wonder why Court-TV recently reduced her “air-time” before they too fired her butt. Anyone see a pattern here with Predator Grace? Perhaps a better approach for this clown who has current lawsuits pending against her in both state and federal courts right now may be to simply stop victimizing more victims. Nancy Grace was caught lying again on her Monday July 23rd show, and several of her guests seemed quite annoyed because Nancy appeared so un-professional in the way she tried to cover the case regarding the Liberian national suspect. One of those guests even included Wendy Murphy, who is a proven idiot in her own suit, just like Predator Grace herself. Both have them have been sued successfully multiple time over the years totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars won against both. Nancy even claimed the Judge handling the Liberian case was “in-contempt,“ which is another documented lie. Nancy even claimed “every trial lawyer has tried a case that was three years old.” Which, according to legal documents, is also incorrect. That judge overseeing that case is not “in-contempt” as Nancy also claims, and, there is no pending charge of “in-contempt” pending against that Judge in any court anywhere within the United States. No wonder Nancy cannot practice Law anymore. Well, “un-professional” is all that Predator Grace knows. That is part of the reasons why she has lawsuits pending against her right now in both State and Federal Courts, let alone all those cases she lost over the recent years while she has been an employee of Court-TV and CNN. It is no wonder why Court-TV fired her butt. And, it is no wonder why Nancy Grace was thrown out of Atlanta years ago, and why she can no longer ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. On Nancy Grace’s Wednesday show, she had Glenn Beck of CNN on as a guest to try to explain some of the problems both Nancy and Glen face as being alcoholics, and the issues of the alleged drug-usage by Predator Grace. Nancy tried to show some similarities of her problems to the problems facing LOHAN right now. It did not end up helping Nancy to point out more of the problems Nancy has faced for years. It only served to confirm some of the many incompetencies Nancy has documented against herself. Hopefully, the lesser-informed viewers, and the true supporters of Predator Grace, may begin to finally put the pieces together as they begin to realize why Nancy needs to continue to attend professional treatment facilities from places like “Promises Treatment Facility,” where Nancy stated just last night that she needs to go to a place like this to get more treatment for her dysfunctional and un-professional actions against victims that Nancy has documented against herself. Her repeated recognition of her continued need for treatment is a good sign. Pack a big suitcase Nancy, you appear that you need quite a lengthy stay, and probably a re-fill on most of your psychotropic medications as well. Nancy Grace totally screwed up again on Thursday July 26th when she attempted to cover the case against VICK. Nancy was repeatedly corrected by the guests on her show as they pointed out, again and again, how wrong Nancy was with her un-founded statements, assertions, and her defamational comments she made against more non-convicted victims. Anyone see a pattern here? Perhaps Nancy got so upset because Vick was facing charges in Federal Court, just like Predator Nancy Grace is facing charges in Federal Court right now. It is clear to those informed about the real Predator Nancy Grace why she was dumped by Court-TV after they reduced her air-time, and why the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt years ago, and why they removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. While Nancy does come across as an idiot and a complete loser, there actually is some potential left for Predator Grace. On Wednesday August 1st, in a round-about way, Nancy Grace was asked not to attend the area of the MINNEAPOLIS BRIDGE COLLAPSE that occurred Wednesday late afternoon. Good for those police, those site-advisors, and other media personalities to tell people and put it on the news-coverage that no more people are desired at the scene. Good for them! Keep your butt out of there Nancy Grace. Predator Grace has already caused too much harm to too many victims already victimized, and Minneapolis does not need some confirmed nutt like Nancy contaminating the scene and victimizing the victims there. You have several options available to you Nancy instead of interfering with a crises situation once again. Watch the real news-people and real journalists cover this story and keep your butt on the couch attached to another liquor bottle as you usually do, and stay away from that scene. There have been people there that are true victims, some have lost their lives and some have been injured very badly. You, on the other hand there Nancy, have pending lawsuits against yourself in both state and federal courts by people that are continuing to sue you for more and more reasons. Although that phenomenon is nothing new for you, it remains a key essential reason why you were thrown out of Atlanta years ago, and why you can no longer practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Cover stories from your desk Nancy, and do not harm another victim of a crime, or victim of a potential crime. Nancy Grace really screwed up, again, on Thursday August 2nd when she ‘attempted’ coverage of the tragedy of the bridge collapse in Minneapolis that had occurred on Wednesday. Even several of her guests had to correct Nancy to the actual facts about this tragedy. Her continued “clueless-ness” seems a bit redundant and repetitive to me. Perhaps CNN may have to have Nancy watch professional people like Greta Van Susteren of Fox News, or Dan Abrams of MSNBC first so that Nancy can at least try to obtain true facts about the stories Nancy attempts to cover. The best part of Nancy’s ’attempted’ coverage was the fact that CNN will not even allow Nancy near the scene thus far. After Nancy had victimized some victims at the Virginia-Tech massacre, it appears CNN may have finally opened their eyes to the high probability of more lawsuits against Nancy by her documented unprofessional misconduct.
CNN can no longer afford all the pending potential suits already filed and yet-to-be-filed lawsuits against Predator Grace. Lawsuits are currently pending in both state and federal courts right now against this predator. At least CNN may have finally recognized that Nancy posses a severe risk to victims, and some victims are allegedly not even alive today because of this predator. Since Nancy was never a victim herself, she remains totally clue-less as the extent of the harm she continues to perpetrate against more victims. Great job CNN, sounds like you are finally beginning to follow actions similar against Predator Grace just like when Court-TV first reduced her air-time before they too fired her butt, and the city of Atlanta threw her out on her butt and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States.

No official response by the court, but it is expected to respond sometime next week on Grace's teary-eyed cry for leniency. Have CNN mandate Nancy Grace out of her in-patient psych-hospital right now, and place Nancy down in the Utah mine with a lengthy written-script to read. Direct her mouth towards the areas where they need removal of coal and timbers, and by having Nancy speak, it will generate enough hot air to help cause the coal to incinerate and disappear, and will then allow passage by some rescue-miners to help finally locate some of the missing miners. Get a court-order if necessary to get Nancy back out of her psych-hospital in an effort to have Nancy released from her Houston psych-hospital and get her mouth finally working for victims for a change. While it would truly be the first time Nancy Grace has ever affected a positive change for any victim, but at least it is a start.

Suggestion to help save the trapped Utah miners.
The Utah mine disaster has turned into a monumental problem to rescue trapped miners. A simple solution to this dilemma: Have CNN mandate Nancy Grace out of her in-patient psych-hospital right now, and place Nancy down in the Utah mine with a lengthy written-script for her to read out-loud. Direct her mouth towards the areas where they need removal of coal, support beams, and timbers, and by having Nancy speak out loud, it will generate enough hot air to help cause the coal and beams to incinerate and disappear, and will then allow passage by some rescue-miners to help finally locate some of the missing miners. Get a court-order if necessary to get Nancy back out of her Houston psych-hospital, and get her mouth finally working for victims for a change. While it would truly be the first time Nancy Grace would have ever affected a positive change for any victim, at least it is a start. Apparently, her doctors have objected thus far to all efforts to have Nancy released early from her psych-ward. But, there remains victims that are in need of some monumental volumes of hot air, and Nancy has proven she can generate that volume of hot-air needed to incinerate everything in her path. Victims lives are at stake, the doctors need to release Nancy right now and have her travel with a doctor to prevent Nancy from drinking herself into another fall like she just did again weeks ago. Nancy really should stop her alcoholic and non-stop drinking, especially if she is pregnant as she claims right now. She certainly comes across as the drunk she actually is.

Predator Grace was corrected by guests like SANDRA GOLDEN, WENDY MURPHY, RENEE ROCKWELL, ANN BREMNER, JANE VALEZ-MITCHELL, ROBI LUDWIG, AND MICHEAL BROOKS just to mention of the few that disagreed with the inaccuracies of Nancy Grace. Nancy came across as the drunk she actually is tonight. How sad for Nancy. Somehow, the CNN-mandated psychological treatment Nancy is court-ordered to receive is apparently not working very well at all for Predator Grace. She also forgot to mention tonight that like VICK, she too is involved in charges in the federal court system for Nancy’s alleged involvement of inciting a suicide from a known psychologically-fragile young mother of a missing child. Why did Nancy forget to mention that? From the looks of her performance on tonight’s show, Nancy may very well be “in-patented” again in one of her three frequented psych-wards. Get well there Nancy, and put the bottle down. It is not helping you to appear sober and is only documenting your continued civil violations against more non-convicted victims which you continue to harass and defame. NG humiliated by her guests tonight, again. Nancy Grace was totally humiliated on her show, again, on Wednesday Aug. 22nd when she tried to cover the story of the officer that was shot and killed by a convicted felon. Nancy claimed the Judge that released the suspect was “In-Contempt.“ But, another guest on her show clarified that Nancy was again wrong, and that Judge was not at all “In-Contempt” of anything. If you have a formal education of topic involving the concepts of Law and Psychology, this episode of her show tonight may be recorded as one of the worst performances for Predator Nancy Grace. She seemed totally inadequate to defend her positions against the overwhelming facts of the case. Nancy was made out to look like the fool she actually is. It is easy to understand why Nancy has lawsuits pending against her in both state and federal courts right now, why she was thrown out on her butt from Atlanta years ago, and why they removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the fifty states of the United States. I hope Nancy sobers enough before her federal lawsuits come up against her and CNN. If she actually is pregnant as she claims right now, the Department of Child and Family Services need to get an investigation into her alleged alcoholism and drug usage. Those poor twins. Nancy Grace was proven wrong, again, on Thursday August 30th when the judge in the LISA NOWAK case ruled against the statements made by Nancy Grace on national television regarding the request by Nowak to have her electronic-monitoring devise removed because of irritating-factors. Nancy had previously stated that there is no Judge that would remove that devise pending trial, and Nancy further cried “waaaa, waaaa.” Poor Nancy, she really does come across as the jerk many believe she actually is. But, to the truly “informed-viewers,” it is no surprise at all that repeated allegations and assertions made by Grace are proven to be incorrect. It is reminiscent of why the city of Atlanta finally threw her out on her butt, and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. It also confirms some of the trouble why Court-TV first reduced her hours before they too canned her butt. How many errors by Grace will the un-informed viewers tolerate? Ten-thousand errors by Grace? Ten gazillion errors by Grace? Remember now, her errors and misconduct has already allegedly resulted in the death of non-convicted people. How many lives need to be lost as a direct correlation to the unprofessional conducted documented against by Predator Nancy Grace?

Nancy Grace pulled off the air, again.
They pulled Nancy Grace off the air again for the taping of her Friday show as they again replaced Nancy with a better host after the story of NIFONG was sentenced to jail today. Which, proved Nancy was wrong on all of her incorrect assertions and allegations made by Nancy on yet another story. Mann, Nancy just cannot seem to stop screwing herself up. Just proves, again, that Nancy just cannot keep her feet out of her own mouth. Sounds like jail might be the best place for Nancy too, for all the crimes of defamation, slander, and her connection to the death of Duckett that Nancy has pending lawsuits against her in both state and federal courts right now. It may just prove to be the right time now to get her off the streets in order to finally take a stance to protect victims from known predators like Predator Nancy Grace.

Nancy Grace really screwed up again on her Monday September 10th show. This time, again, she was corrected on some facet of her inaccuracies by every single guest on the show tonight. By every single guest! While this seems alarming to those who remain un-informed about Predator Grace, it just happens to be more of the same-old same-old from this fraud. Who knows, perhaps there will come a day in the future when Nancy can complete the taping of a show without any inaccuracies by her in it. While it has not happened yet, maybe with some strict coaching Nancy may someday actually be able to provide a show with no violations of the Law by her and no harm that she inflicts upon victims of crime. Who knows? It could eventually happen. Most likely though, she will long have been removed from that show before it ever occurs, just like she was fired from Court-TV. Which was just after Court-TV reduced her air-time on two separate occasions all within six weeks. With her continued problems at CNN with her difficulties with her alcoholism, it is highly probable that CNN will revamp the show and replace it with a show that would be seen as credible. Typically, drunks like Nancy do eventually fall from grace. Her having multiple lawsuits against her right now in both state and federal courts may be the indicator where she gets kicked off television completely, just like when she was thrown out of Atlanta years ago and they removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Anyone read if DCF completed their investigation of Predator Grace regarding her twins yet?

CNN may fire Nancy Grace.over SPECTOR case. Nancy was proven wrong again on the Phil Spector case where Nancy stated, repeatedly, that Spector would certainly be found guilty of all charges against him, and she alluded to Spector never being out as a free man again. Oops, Nancy screwed up again. Nancy's latest screw-up does maintain her record as being incorrect about every single case she has ever covered thus far on some point or another. It turns out the SPECTOR was not found guilty of all charges, the jury apparently deadlocked and the case was called a mistrial. Apparently, according to reports thus far, it is not even certain if the prosecutors will even attempt to retry this case again. There is also a rumor going around that CNN will maintain Nancy only for a very short time, and will discharge her and not allow her to return to CNN after her maternity leave. Good for CNN. Victims needs protection from Predators like Nancy Grace.

NEWS ALERT - Wednesday October 3, 2007 - Rumor is that after the broadcast of the Nancy Grace show on Wednesday, she may be suspended again for gross-infractions contrary to her contract by making statements including “who would have thunk it?” pertaining to her commentary of the BRITNEY SPEARS case. Perhaps Nancy cannot think clearly again because she is allegedly involved in a potential child custody investigation herself, as well as her having current state and federal lawsuits filed against her by victims of crimes Nancy has victimized, with many more lawsuits soon-to-be filed against her. Maybe, it is just a case-of-nerves for Nancy trying to discuss the removal of children by another person when Nancy herself may be going through the very same thing in just a matter of months from now. It may be easier for her psychological and psychiatric care for Nancy to simple stop victimizing victims of crimes. That would take a tremendous amount of stress from her. Since Nancy was never a victim of any crime, she remains clue-less how she victimizes victims of crimes. Those alleged “twins” of hers need a rapid redeployment to a safe, non-alcoholic and non-prescription medications location for their own best-interests. A drug abuse environment is not an acceptable environment for any child. Maybe everyone on this board can plan to attend the hearing when Nancy finally loses custody of her twins, it would be a victory for victims-against-Predators. I can’t wait! And why does CNN allegedly pay $375.00 to any caller on Nancy’s show that praises Nancy for having suspected twins-on-the-way?

NG slanders Judge Sexton on air. Nancy Grace really screwed up again on Tuesday October 9th when she stuck her own foot back up her own butt again. She was attempting to cover the case that Judge Eric Sexton had before him a while ago. Nancy said Sexton was “in-contempt,” which according to the facts of the case and according to the Law, Sexton is not and was never in-contempt about any actions or inactions pertaining to that case. Nancy was proven to be totally and completely incorrect again tonight. Nancy also appeared to be intoxicated again, and her mascara could not totally hide her self-injurious injuries she alleged did to herself the other day in Houston (ward). Nancy is maintaining a perfect record thus far of being incorrect on every topic she covers, confirming both major and minor errors. But, none the less, the errors still remain blaringly obvious to those that are informed to the facts about this Predator. Turns out that every single guest on her show tonight had to correct Nancy on her documented errors, some minor errors, some major errors. Seems to be a regular part of her show. Gosh, how we all cannot wait until Nancy gets fired from CNN for the crimes she has documented against herself as reflected in both the state and federal courts right now with more expected in the near future. Sounds like a libel and defamational case against Nancy should be filed by that Judge. The evidence of her continued wrongdoings is abundantly available. Sounds like at least a several hundred thousand dollar case against Predator Grace on this one, for sure. Nancy should really just stop victimizing victims, simple as that. Since Nancy was never a victim of any crime, she remains clue-less how she continues to attack victims of crimes. No wonder Nancy will likely lose custody and control over those expected twins, if she is even pregnant. She has not yet announced that she has even taken a lie-detector test yet concerning the validity of her claim that she is pregnant, and will likely continue to refuse such validation.

NG commits another civil crime, more lawsuits expected. Nancy Grace will need another visit to her Proctologist after her Thursday Oct 11th show to help remove her own foot, again. This time, she may have inserted it way too far to even retrieve it this time. What a dis-grace of a show tonight. Poor Nancy, her putting down the bottle for the time to tape the show seems to be too long a period for Nancy to function “on her own.” Maybe CNN may have to change her access to her booze to being accessible during the taping of the show, because Nancy clearly cannot function without being drunk. Tonight, Nancy was belittled and totally embarrassed after a guest on her show, TODD REDMANN, totally showed Nancy to be a total and complete fool for her ignorance to the facts of the case. You go there Todd, great job! Hopefully Redmann sues the pants right off this bimbo. If it would have been any other network, Nancy Grace would have been at least suspended without pay after the taping on Thursday nights show. What a total dis-grace for Nancy. She truly is a predator against victims of crimes. Since Nancy was never a victim of any crime against herself, she remains a total ignoramus to the damage she continues to demonstrate against true victims of crimes. Personally, I believe she needs some time in prison, have her twins removed for their own safety (which will likely happen irregardless), and obtain a court-order for not allowing Nancy to use alcohol or any more fertility devices or medications for the sake of the public in general.

She even had on about 2 pounds-too-much make-up on again, apparently trying again to hide some possible self-inflicted injuries like that one site described before. Seems like all of her pending Lawsuits may be taking an emotional-toll against this Predator. Nancy also made many major-errors in the cases she covered, and many of her guests tore Nancy up again with their accounts of the facts that Nancy did not know. You would think that Nancy should be sober, if not just for the twin’s sake and their best interests. Still not sure why that CNN-employee said Nancy has to pay call-in’s to read a pre-made script to praise Nancy at a cost of $375.00 a piece.

NG sunk to a new low on Monday Oct. 29th after Daniel Horowitz ripped Nancy up on her show. It was clear to see that Nancy was agitated by this, and she demonstrated she was incapable of adequately responding to anything after she was verbally beaten up again. Her eyes were actually teary-eyed. Perhaps if Nancy could have first learned the facts of the case first, then maybe then she would not have been made such a fool of. To the informed-viewers, it is clear why NG was thrown out of Atlanta years ago, and why she can no longer practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States and why Court-TV fired her butt too. NG proves too old to have kids. Nancy Grace has proven she is too old to have any children by herself. She is almost 50, and back in the hospital after giving birth to twins the week before last. Her alleged drinking has long been a problem, and one she stated she is trying to address according to Larry King of CNN. Problem is, she reportedly drank all the time throughout the pregnancy, even while on the air, and is now suffering some symptoms that many alcoholics like her experience. Late on Saturday night, December 8th, a Fox show named “The Soup” had a segment where they really bashed Nancy for just being Nancy. The worst jab was when the news broadcaster laughed at Nancy for “naturally getting pregnant at age 60.” In all due respect to that show, Nancy is way too old to have kids at this late-stage in her life. Those kids will still be in high-school when Nancy is at the age-of-retirement. That, alone, is child-abuse in and of itself. What a stupid reason for Nancy to have kids just to get a tax-credit. Plus, her name is not legally Nancy Grace anyways. That must be her planned-defense in some of her upcoming lawsuits against her for her for crimes including the documented unprofessional and illegal conduct against a mother of a missing young child. Nancy must plan to say on the stand “You can’t sue me, I am not Nancy Grace, I got married and changed my name. You have the wrong person here.”

In my opinion Nancy Grace went off the deep end when her fiancee was murdered. She has taken it upon herself to be Judge jury & executioner. Funny (in a not so funny way) is that a lot of the things she says on her show are so blatantly stupid when it comes to a legal sense. I often wonder if she really does give a crap or if she is just an attention whore. I do believe though that she feels she must always be right. If another guest lawyer or other legal is on her show & disagrees with her or says something in contrast she is real quick to retort with something that is nonsense or bashing to the other person.

I saw this cool post from Michelle from Madison where she hit the nail on the head in this post.
“Not only was Nancy drinking all the time, she was even photographed drinking while she was pregnant, and she even was opening up her Bud Lights while on the air while she was pregnant and doing her show recently. Plus, she took a ton of fertility-medications in order to get pregnant. For someone that old, she’s almost 50, that alone could result in catastrophic complications for those poor little victim-twins. If her alcoholism-problems were not enough, Nancy subjected those twins to the possible complications of those medications, plus her repeated hospital visits were reportedly due to complications consistent with old-mothers, and drug and alcohol abuse. Finally, when the hospital forcibly ripped those twins away from her, it was clearly the signs and symptoms of her documented problems with both drugs and alcohol. Hopefully her file has been sent over to the Prosecutor’s office for review for possible criminal charges.”

If you are going to write about someone, please know your facts.

If CNN hired Nancy Grace, they would know all about her bar associaton standing and to accuse this woman of drinking on the air is to say that CNN allows her to drink on the air, which, is highly unlikely.

Please keep your lies to yourself, you have no idea what you are talking about except you hate a woman whom went through a very violent crime many years ago and has made it her life mission to help the victims of these crimes.

Nancy is not a drunk as you have claimed or she would have been fired by CNN for drinking on the job. Also to blame the premature births on her alcohol and bad ways and her own personal health problems on drinking shows what an immature, vicious woman you are. GROW UP, GET A LIFE.. Talk the truth. Stop trying to ruin someones life with your lies...

While it is consistent with Nancy’s psychological problems, has the story been confirmed or denied by any CNN spokesperson yet? Lori Drew of suburban St. Louis allegedly helped create a false-identity MySpace account to contact Megan Meier, who thought she was chatting with a 16-year-old boy named Josh Evans. Josh didn't exist. Megan hanged herself at home in October 2006 after receiving cruel messages, including one stating the world would be better off without her.” This is one of the same types of crimes Nancy Grace did against the late Melinda Duckett, and Nancy and CNN are alleged to have paid out tens-of-millions in dollars to settle this lawsuit against them. With a ordered-contingency against discussing the crimes of Nancy Grace in this case, CNN was not able to respond to MSNBC’s repeated requests for further comments and explanations. She kept repeatedly fail to provide any clue that she knew even one fact of the case involving the bodies found in an upscale New Jersey home. When one chooses alcohol and prescription drugs over common sense, it becomes more clear why one would be forcibly removed and thrown out of a town like Atlanta, just as Nancy was thrown out years ago. The best part of that was that the people of Atlanta do not have to pay, any longer, for all those lawsuits won against Nancy back in the day due to her documented unprofessional, unethical, and illegal conduct documented against Nancy before the city threw her out on her big fat butt. That just so happens to be some of the reasons why Nancy is still not allowed alone with either of the twins yet, reportedly because of the current investigation over those allegations that she snapped the neck of the twin’s puppy during one of her many drunken rages on the premises according to that site. Those drunken rages, allegedly, are also why Nancy is not allowed on CNN property without being accompanied by at least one of her Psychologists, Psychiatrists, or Physicians due to the intense medication schedule Nancy said she has to remain on for the rest of her life due directly to the aspects of her being far too old to be having eggs inserted into herself so close to her own age-of-retirement.

WILLIAM SHATNER visited the Glen Beck show of CNN, and talked quite extensively about the trials and tribulations of people like himself and Nancy Grace that have psychological dependencies upon things like alcohol and drug addictions that few people ever see in public. CNN has the transcripts available for verification. He, rightfully so, admired the steps made forward by addicts like Glen Beck and others and suggested that until people like Nancy are mandated into such a treatment program and accept the consequences and alternatives, that the addiction problems will ultimately likely continue and some resulting in death, which has already occurred to people associated with Nancy‘s addiction problems as reported by numerous sites. How many more people have to lose their life before Nancy gets court-ordered treatment, again, into placed into another rehab facility to deal with the issues of her alleged drunkenness and usage of high-potency prescription medications according to Nancy’s own statements that she says she is supposed to remain on for the rest of her life. Check out those sites for yourselves. Unless Nancy is considering an early demise by her own hands, then one has to consider the future opportunities of those twins she had surgically implanted within her to gain two kids from two different fathers (Nancy calls “twins”) at such a late stage in her late life, so close to her age-of-retirement. That alone, is considered child abuse in many municipalities. When will the charges be filed to safe-guard those poor little twins? Nancy was so overwhelmed by this disclosure of the facts apparently unknown to Nancy that she repeatedly had to help hold her own head up in her own hands in order to keep her head raised. Watch the replays for yourself to see. Hurry, because CNN will likely make those unobtainable within days, as is their documented history in trying to minimize the growing number of lawsuits being filed against Nancy. Perhaps Nancy was just too drunk again as she did stutter several times, again, or perhaps Nancy was so overwhelmed by being made such a fool that when you combine this apparent despair of hers with her near-toxic-level usage of prescription drugs just to stay alive, that perhaps she just had another of her documented psychological-meltdown. To the treatment center Nancy goes, again! It must be difficult for CNN to manage such a drunken druggie as Nancy. At least the twins are still fine, as Nancy is only allowed infrequent supervised-visits with those twins as verified by that site. Perhaps a prison cell may be more appropriate for Nancy. The prison system will deal with her psychotical problems and prevent her from victimizing more victims that remain in the public domain.

It is great that CNN allows an opportunity for druggies and alkees to remain employed, as also confirmed by Nancy Grace of CNN. Nancy Grace got busted again after the Court ruled against the State of Texas, and which ultimately “ruled” against everything Nancy has said for months now regarding the Polygamist Ranch issues. The three Judges have essentially “ruled” that Nancy is a complete and total liar and a fraud. The Judges have essentially “ruled” that Nancy has victimized the viewers of her show, as well as Nancy victimizing all the children and the adults from the compound which will likely sue Nancy and others for the crimes Nancy documented against herself, once again. Form a line to the right, and get your checkbook ready Nancy. Payday’s approaching real soon, once again. Crimes against victims will cost you big on this case too, Nancy, you should have learned your lessen before from the previous lawsuits you lost earlier. Looks like you’ll have to slow down on the alcohol and prescription drug consumption/usage a bit now Nancy, to help cover your loses on these upcoming suspected lawsuits too.

New court ruling against Nancy Grace.

BREAKING NEWS: Nancy is made a fool, again! Nancy was proven a fool by three Judges just days ago. But, Nancy Grace is proven to be incorrect and totally wrong, again, in her assertions against victims by both the State and the Appellate Courts pertaining to the Polygamist Ranch where the children were wrongfully taken from the compound by the state of Texas authorities. Silly Nancy forgot that courts rule on law, and not upon over-exaggerated speculations, which Nancy bases her entire show upon. At least the courts see what a fool Nancy is, and it is clear why only non-educated and un-informed people believe anything Nancy disGrace has to say. It is clear to anyone really educated and informed about the facts about Nancy Grace why she cannot practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States and why she was thrown out of Atlanta years ago on her big butt. Thank God Nancy is not allowed to be alone with those twins she had placed inside of herself months ago from two undisclosed fathers (not her husband). Experts have written that both those twins will attempt to run away from this monster just as soon as they can reach the doorknobs. Run, little ones, before Nancy badgers you, and pounds her fists like she did against that mother of a missing child that Nancy helped to push to suicide. Drunken and pill-popping mothers do not deserve to raise children. RUN, little ones!

Tonight, again, Nancy showed why she was thrown out of Atlanta years ago and why she can no longer practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States.

What a true and complete idiot she is. How many more victims did Nancy help to commit suicide today?

Nancy may be fined again by CNN after her documented illegal actions on her show tonight according to that website that monitors the current legal actions pending against Nancy. It is suspected that there will be another “pay-out” by Nancy to “hush” this case of today as well, since that is proven to be Nancy’s usual approach to her documented unprofessional and illegal conduct she has perpetrated against victims during some of the tapings of the Nancy Grace show on CNN. The family of the 23 year old pregnant marine may have a case against this Predator Grace and CNN and will likely settle this case really fast to help minimize the damage Nancy has caused to herself and CNN once again. Like so many other lawsuits settled by Nancy and CNN against her misconduct, CNN will include a pay-out contingent upon a non-release or discussion clause to help protect the reputation of CNN (again). No wonder Nancy can never practice Law anymore anywhere with any of the 50 states of the United States and why she was thrown out of Atlanta years ago.

I read on some website that Nancy Grace was convicted on a high-court misdemeanor and ordered to pay out millions of dollars for her irrational and illegal actions she perpetrated against a distraught mother of a missing child who later committed suicide as a direct result of Nancy’s law violations. CNN and Nancy have worked hard to cover up those facts and it remains some of the reasons why Nancy is never allowed to appear on any television show of CNN without at least one of her Psychologists or Psychiatrists present to help Nancy deal with her documented psychological problems that Nancy says she has to remain on medications for, for the rest of her life. Is that why Nancy can still not be left alone with either of her two children? Is it because of the propensity and potential toxicity of Nancy’s meds, or is it because Nancy may become violatile again and harm the children?

Nancy Grace has shown, again, why she can no longer practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States as Nancy incorrectly attempted to report the issues of the Christy Brinkley divorce case tonight on her show. Perhaps when all of the current lawsuits filed against Nancy are resolved, and the yet to be filed lawsuits cases against Nancy are all resolved, maybe then CNN will post a disclaimer on the bottom of the television screen indicating that the viewers are not to take anything Nancy says, does, or suggests, to be facts and are representative of the perspectives from a known and documented druggie and alcoholic only. There is no correlation to what Nancy says to be representative of anything even close to the actual facts of the cases Nancy attempts to cover. Maybe then, Nancy might have a chance at reducing her upcoming prison sentence once some of the more prominent cases get a ruling from the Courts against Nancy for her documented predatory actions against victims of crimes. Since Nancy was never a victim of any crime herself, she remains clue-less to the damage she does to real and actual victims of crimes.

Nancy is crying again right now. Nancy Grace was proven wrong again in her assertions that the hospital staff should face charges in the death of a patient that eventually died from a medical complication while waiting for care. After a prosecutorial review, no charges against anyone will be authorized. Nancy screamed at the custodian, in particular, stating he was too lazy to look out for the welfare of the possible patient. Nancy was wrong, yet again. At least she has proven to incorrect on some issue or another on every single case she has attempted to cover on her show. No wonder she can never practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States of America. It only solidifies why Nancy cannot be on any CNN set without at least one of her many Psychologists, Psychiatrists, or Psycho-Therapists present with her. That is a problem for many drunks and pill-poppers like Nancy. No wonder she was driven out of Atlanta years ago, what a true and complete idiot. And, regarding her drunken pill-popping on-going escapades, DCF also confirmed that as well. Research the available sites to see the documentations for yourself, and have some laughs at Nancy‘s stupidity, ignorance, and drunkenness.

New DNA evidence clears parents in the JON BENET RAMSEY case, contrary to the false claims made by Nancy Grace. Another lawsuit against Nancy is expected soon by the victims of her harassments and false assertions that Nancy said the parents both belong in prison for a crime they never committed. Ramsey’s attorney, Linn Wood, stated he will be filing another lawsuit against this Predator soon for the crimes she committed, and for the crimes Nancy continues to commit against real victims of crimes.

I saw that too that Nancy was incorrect on all that Ramsey stuff. She will be sued and will pay out astonomical amounts of money on all of her false claims, just like in the Duke cases and those lawsuits by other victims where she paid them to be quiet. It just goes to prove that Nancy continues to be wrong on almost every case she tries to cover, at least in some fashion or another, and why she has to keep going back into in-patient stays at those four different psych-hospitals CNN puts her into. just goes to show how hard it is for drunks and druggies like Nancy to get better.

CNN had to put in Diane Diamond to cover again while Nancy is back in her Psych-Ward once again. Good for you, CNN, that's the way to rope a piglet to get it some more help. Hopefully the treatment center sobers her up again before they release her this time. To continue her week-long drunken binge, again, those twins won't be able to visit with a sober Nancy for more than two weeks again. Dry out Nancy and try to reduce those psycho-meds too. Those are all harmful stuff, especially the uncontrollable amounts of all that alcohol. Sober up Nancy, really try this time. If you don't, it will only get you re-admitted once again. For the twins, sober up Nancy, give it a try..................... for the sake of the twins at least. Why a mother chooses booze and drugs over her own kids is something only drunks and adicts like Nancy can ever answer. Makes no sense to sensible people though.

It is suspected that the quake in California, from Los Angeles to San Diego, is suspected to have been caused by Nancy Grace yelling and screaming again at her two twins. Apparently, according to a report that surfaced on the web, Nancy was drunk again and ended up taking too many of her needed psychotropic medications once again. That combination of alcohol with those many prescription medications landed her in the hospital before after she delivered those twins after being artificially inseminated from the two different fathers of the twins. Nancy’s husband is not one of those fathers, according to Nancy as documented in her Glen Beck interview. Nancy could be a valuable tool in the fight against drug addictions and alcohol abuse, but she just can’t seem to stay sober long enough to get anything positive accomplished in that regard. Hopefully, Nancy shuts her big mouth to stop the damage from the quakes, and those twins get saved again by DCF.

It is great that CNN allows an opportunity for druggies and alkees like Nancy to remain employed. At least she is kept off the streets and under some type of constant supervision by her CNN-mandated Psychologists, her Psychiatrists, her medical doctors, and her Therapists. Thanks CNN. Hopefully CNN can maximize that tax-deduction you are taking to employ this “handicap” to help to recover some of the expenses Nancy accumulates from those lawsuits she loses and pays off against those victims she has harmed.

Copied:
The end-result of this Nancy Grace lawsuit in inconsequential in the grander-scheme-of-things pertaining to Nancy Grace. Now that three separate Judges have refused to allow CNN/Grace’s request to have the lawsuit dismissed, it shows what Nancy’s role has been, and will likely continue to be, in this pursuit of Justice for the victim. It solidifies Nancy’s track record with having some of her past rulings overturned and her misconduct cited on court records by Judges in the past. Nancy does not want Justice, and only wants to minimize her upcoming expenses due to her and CNN’s own misconduct issues. That is not Justice, and that should be spotlighted in the coverage of this lawsuit. This is an excellent case to highlight exactly the exact-opposite position that Nancy says she stands up for. Media needs to pummel her with questions on accountability from the victim’s perspective and from the family of the victim’s perspective, and from the viewer’s perspective where Nancy decimated the credibility and the role of journalist to assist in ever possible to way to help in getting back a missing child safely. When other media outlets cover this case, they need to ask and mandate that without the interview that both CNN and Nancy Grace was responsible for, without that single lone element, Melinda might likely be alive today and the whereabouts of Trenton known.

On Nancy‘s “nine-month anniversary” of the twins, Nancy said that without all of the kinds words and prayers she has received on the twins, they (the twins and Nancy) would not be here today.

What the hell does that mean????????? Was Nancy planning to kill herself and the twins at any point? What else can an educated person derived from that statement? To follow-up on this likely drunken-statement by Nancy for the sake of the twins, a message has been sent to DFC with a link to that show where Nancy implies she and her twins would no longer be alive without those “kind words and prayers.” Given the apparent torment Nancy may be experiencing with those lawsuits she is fighting and only looking at fighting even more very soon, her psychological dysfunctions that can be viewed by educated viewers has placed Nancy in a psychologically-fragile state, not unlike the day Nancy telephoned Melinda Duckett and accused her of killing Trenton before Melinda later committed suicide due to Nancy’s documented misconduct.

This forum has a very sick person loose on it that uses other peoples names when posting...I have reported this to the web master for investigation..

This person whose regular name is (Michelle from Madison) is a very mentally ill person who has an obsession with Nancy Grace for some years now. He/she are known to post back and forth to himself by using other peoples names as well as fictitious names.

It is believed that this individual is institutionalized and was probably put their by Nancy Grace by some unknown reason which caused the obsession.

It is best that no one feeds into this sick corrupted person.

Let's just hope this person is never released, it's possible he/she can be dangerous...

She sure does allot for victims of crimes, far more than that Nancy character. According to many websites, Nancy's greatest problem, beyound the fact she is being sued again in both state and federal courts, again, is the fact that Nancy appears to be so jealous of Casey Anthony. Is Nancy trying to have Casey commit suicide like Nancy has driven others to commit suicide? According to that newspaper in Florida, prosecutors are contemplating charging Nancy with a criminal offense for her role in the death of a mother of a missing children who Nancy telephoned and badgered, ultimately to death. Will CNN broadcast what Nancy receives for meals when she goes to prison? Maybe a credable journalist like Greta can cover that story.
