you all know he did it. Let see another celebrity walk. Justice for Lana, listen to his sons and ex wives, really listen. 'Control freak.'
This pitiful woman shot herself while being reckless with a gun.
The prosecution hasn't presented one bit of evidence proving Spector did it. Nothing. She was holding the gun with her finger on the trigger when it discharged, accident or not, and the evidence proves it!
Phil Spector is not guilty of killing Lana Clarkson.
He did it. You have a witness who states that he came out of the house stating...I think I killed someone! High Velocity Impact Spatter (HVIS) has been stated in many text books on the subject to travel up to four feet due to gravity, volume of blood and air resistance. Then you have the dispersion of the blood spatter pattern on his white jacket which gives the indication that he is very close to the victim. Question is...will the judge allow testimony about his past treatment of women? Just my opinion.
