Paula Abdul is worried Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie are heading for early graves.
The 'American Idol' judge - who battled an eating disorder in the past - is concerned about what will happen to the two stars if they don't curb their wild ways.
Paula told Britain's OK! magazine: "With Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie it's sad, because I don't know what's going to help those girls slow down and take account of what they're doing to their bodies. Hopefully it's not something that's going to end in tragedy.
"I worry about Britney spears. Not to be mummy-like, but I worry. I really care about these girls."
The 45-year-old TV star says the best way to beat your problems is to admit to needing help.
She added: "Depression does exist with major catastrophes or crises in life. I've survived a number of crises and with it comes depression.
"I have really good therapists. Depression is somewhat shameful but I'm not afraid to ask for help. I need help. Being physically and spiritually healthy is a full-time job. I've been through some major s**t."
