Come on - is she crazy??? Jordin is not overweight or obese. Some of these people take things to the extreme!!!!
Jordin is what I call 'juicy'-healthy looking, not obese!
I think MeMe has a loose screw!! How can she begin to judge the health of someone she hasn't met. Jordin is a tall, big-boned girl. Is she supposed to be stick thin??? MeMe needs to target someone who REALLY has a problem. That or crawl back into her hole. People like her don't do good with her incorrect observations.
I never write about stories I hear on TV, but I had to speak my mind on this one after hearing about Meme Roth's comments on Inside Edition saying Jordan Sparks is overweight. All I can say is, if this beautiful, talented, totally NORMAL young girl turns into an anorexic drug addict in rehab in the future, Meme Roth and all the other idiots out there should take total responsibility. Shame on you Ms. Roth - I can't believe how stupid some people are. Jordan - Please ignore these useless, pathetic people, and continue to be you - you are PERFECT.
This MeMe person needs her head examined!! Jordin is a beautiful girl, and looks perfectly normal. This MeMe person needs to concentrate on obese people if that is her calling, although why people can't take responsibility for their own weight is beyond me. If people become obese, then so be it. Everyone has access to information on eating right and exercising - if they don't want to adhere to this, leave them alone. As for Jordin - she is NOT fat!!

No Ms. Roth...what we need to stop is the worshipping of super thin, anorexic, unhealthy hollywood celebrities and supermodels, such as Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie...and Meme Roth seems to fit into this category being 5'6' and 120 lbs! I would venture to say that Jordin is far more healthy than these super skinny, anorexic types...She is obviously big boned and yes, curvy, so is limited on how skinny she will ever look no matter how much weight she loses. Some of us were built with natural curves so will *never* look like Twiggy types. I myself would much rather have Jordin's type looks any day..sure she could stand to lose a few pounds perhaps, but in no way, does she deserves the type of criticism lashed at her by Ms. Roth...diabetic?? Come on! I just shudder to think what Ms. Roth would have said if Lakisha had won. This woman needs to get a life, and gain a few pounds.
Ms. Roth may call herself an 'expert' but she obviously lacks understanding of different body weights and types, and what is optimal for each.
jordin does have some fats hidden inside her big ass, come on..accept it.
You know it kills me when I see that these people idolize these waifish girls like Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie. Jordin is the picture of health and a real life girl. She's beautiful and I'm glad she isn't the scary anorexic people that these magazines show are supposed to be the picture of health. The girl doesn't have diabetes or high cholesterol. That Meme broad would call Serena Williams overweight and/or obese. It's a shame!

Jordin Sparks is a beautiful girl and there is nothing wrong with her size. People in hollywood all think you have to be skin and bones in order to be considered sexy and its just not. Let's face it, most african american women who are in entertainment aren't thin anyways. Look at Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, and Alicia Keys...all of these black female artists are curvy and successful.
roth is right and you're all being way too sensitive. Jordin's not obese but she is overweight. sure she's normal for an american, but we're the fattest country in the world. i bet lots of money that she'll be forced down to a size 2 like kelly and carrie.
Ms. Roth, whom I will not recognize as a doctor, is being an extremist as far as weight goes. Ironically, all of Hollywood is putting out this propaganda to get the diet industry, and thus people like her, rich and powerful. Maybe if doctors spent their time and energy curing the ailments caused by obesity (and of any other more fatal ailments) instead of trying to recircuit the guts of the obese via gastric bypass, which they say is the best solution (but is still very ineffective), then they would not need to worry about the obese and overweight people of the world that they (sarcastic) care for so much. These people are human beings. Giving them that your-gonna-die crap is gonna kill them because of the self-fulfilled prophecy that a doctor gives to stress them out.
**Note there is an actual condition involving patients having more anxiety when they are in contact with a health professional. It is called white coat hypertension.
Ms. Roth is a health-terrorist and is relentlessly targeting our little girls through her unorderly 'diagnosis' of Ms. Sparks, which was based only on assumpmtion (which goes against the scientific method and medicine).
If only super thin girls won the contest then there would be someone else complaining that we focus too much on thin people and we're shallow and bla bla bla. This is just so stupid.

I guess I can see the point of future diabetes as many of my family members have this condition due to being overweight. But to say that this young beautiful talented girl who is 17, is the 'vision of un-health' is down right cruel, and more importantly irresponsible.

Well, MeMe (what a name!) can have her opinions. Just as i have my opinions over her. She is a shriveled, unhappy, unsatisfied woman, who needs to eat a real meal. Maybe that's why she's so thin, because she's too cheap to buy herself a decent meal. that's right, I SAID IT.
When I see Jordin I see a pretty young girl. When I see Meme.. I see anarexia, bulemia, osteoporisis. Who has the problem here? Maybe Meme needs to start focusing on her own self.
