Yeah I'm gonna have to call BULLSH!T here. First of all, he wouldn't propose without a ring. Secondly, he was at the MTV awards last night so he is obviously not on tour, and how could he have flown all the way to London after the awards?? Assuming the awards ended around 7pm PST (they were over at 10pm EST), London is 8 hours ahead of PST, also assuming he caught a flight right after he left the awards, that would put him there at 3am London time at the very earliest. Hmmm sounds a little fishy to me.

And theres no laws on how long u can stay engaged, they may get married 10 yrs down the line

there was a time when i couldnt stand Beyonce!! But in 2003 i fell in love. she can sing and dance her ass off, but her acting needs improvement. i stand behind her every step of the way. Right now she is the H.B.I.C. so stop hating. if her and jay get married good, if not, better. she dont need him, she has her own $$$$ and can buy her own diamonds. She would be doing him a favor. Dont get me wrong, i love my jay z but i stand behind tough strong broads, Beyonce is the shit i dont care what, while u hating ask this question, who can do it better than her right now?
i think that if she gets married she marry the right amn and some one that will do for her and her family. Jay-z would be the good man for her.
