Juliette Lewis has had an interesting career arc. Lewis has released an album, called "Four on the Floor" and she dresses like a punk Hiawatha while singing.

The LAist blog reviewed her LP and said that if: "We ever had the opportunity to get romantic with a true vixen like Juliette Lewis, we're quite sure that it would be a violent, wild, sexy night of fear, power, blood, rage, freedom, drinking straight from the bottles, scratching, and a lot of "come on, f*cker, come ON!!!"
"Ms. Lewis is the wild child. She is the next Iggy. She is the unleashed vixen who will scratch up your bedposts, rip down your posters, leave gauges in your walls and come noon ask you what you plan on making her for breakfast."
Now the Sunday Independent has published some of Juliette Lewis' thoughts in the style of the "I Believe" Blue Collar segments on the Comedy Central TV show that featured Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White, Larry the Cable Guy and Bill Engvall.
Says Lewis: "I believe that: I have a streak of defiance in me like a glowing red flame. Stardom is about being desirable to men in suits but I laugh too loud; I talk with my mouth full."
"I believe that: Martin Scorsese helped me grow as an actress; he taught me to trust my instincts. I was 18 when I did Cape Fear, it's only now I see the subtlety of what I did."
"I believe: Scientology helped me face my worst fears. Ever since I became famous I used to get panic attacks, especially when I was in big crowds. I found a saying: "be there and confronting". L Ron Hubbard wrote many things I have found helpful."
"I believe: chai soya lattes are my biggest vice. I know I'm feeding the big corporate monster, but when we're abroad and I find a Starbucks, it really warms my heart."
