She has already been photographed leaving the facility and now she will be leaving to celebrate her birthday - some rehab!!
As long as they let her smoke cigarettes she will never conquer her other addictions. If she smokes, she will seek out the company of other losers.
I think cigarettes are the least of her problems right now....I do love it that she will be out of rehab in time for her birthday party though because now I still stand a chance of winning the death pool we have going on. I'm shooting for 3 a.m. the day following her birthday.
Rehab will never be taken seriously if it is constently being used as a spa or retreat to escape life for a while. If stars can go in and out as they please then it should not be called rehab; i think it is called a vacation.
What stumps me is how bars and clubs continually allow under age people into their bars and are never fined!
As a recovering addict & alcoholic, it sickens me to watch these Hollywood Pop Tarts use rehab as a public relations device. The FIRST thing you learn about addiction is that it is stronger than you and you must surrender to a power that's greater than YOURSELF in order to BEGIN to deal with your problems. When I saw Lindsay running in and out of nightclubs after her first stay in rehab, I knew she didn't learn a thing. After hearing Britney say 'she hit rock bottom, BUT she doesn't have a problem with alcohol', she is headed for a relaspe. She's learned the lingo, but she still doesn't get it. I've been clean and sober for 17 years and I've messed up a few times before I got it right. But until they take their recovery seriously and stop using rehab as a place to hide out for a while, they are just wasting their time and money!!! I don't have their fame and fortune, but something tells me I'm a lot happier than they will ever be. Unless, one day, they get it!
why should she be able to smoke ciggs in rehab its kinda stupid because there is no point even being there then

A 30-day stint in rehab wouldn't be a drop in the bucket to getting her over her major problems. #1 - she doesn't want to change!!!!
Does this rehab facility have a pediatric ward - because Lindsay is still a legally a child. In fact, I was surprised that she was named Maxim Magazine's 'hottest woman' because she is not a woman. I keep forgetting though that many men's definition of beauty doesn't mature past what they thought during their teen years. My bad. (This is someone's cue to simply write in the ever popular and ever so original 'I'd do her...')
Rehab is the new black. Promises is simply a glorified Spa for the Rich, Famous and Deluded.
Aside from all this, if she gets a DUI under 21, shouldn't she be arrested and her license taken away along with killer fines?
Or do hollywood starts get different laws.
I think it's time for Lindsay Lohan and her parents to finally realize that Lindsay is an alcoholic and drug addict and go through 'real' rehab. I also think it's time for the paparazzi and other media to step back and stop giving her all the attention that I think she uses as an excuse for acting the way she does. I also think that the new movie that is waiting for her should go on with someone else playing her part. That would be an incentive for her to realize that if she doesn't kill herself first with this behaviour, she'll be out of work because of it.
I think a lot of celebrities rush into a 'rehab' facility the minute they are in trouble to make it look good!!
The sad part is, had this been you or I (underage, wasted, on drugs and in a car accident) we would be looking at some definite jail time. Instead we get to hear about how this classless-crotch-flashing brat is 'so happy' in rehab. She is an absolute disappointment, an embarrasment and a disgusting social disaster. Spouting remarks about how Al Gore would help her improve her image proves she is just about as dumb as a a bag of rocks. Lock this pathetic girl up - do us all a favor... lose the key.
I wonder if she's craving sex yet. I'm happy to help her out. She's such a precious little skank. At the rate she's going, she'll look 40 by 25, if she lives that long.
Well, if you ask me, they sent the wrong person to rehab. Her so called Mother Dina needs to be in rehab right along side Lindsay. Give the poor young woman a break. All you papparazzi make their lives unbearable. Why can't you just leave them alone while they are in rehab. Afterall, they are only human beings. They are young and naive and get caught up in the frenzy and expected to be able to be grown up enough to deal with all of it. Their parents need to be tarred and feathered. Dina, you know this is all your fault; if you had been a caring and responsible Mother she would not be where she is. Shame on you!!!! You are just living off what she makes as an actress because you could not make it in hollywood, then you are using your daughter and that is very, very sad. You do realize that when she turns 21 that she can cut you off completely and the rest of the vultures in her family also. Ease up on Lindsay already. If she were my granddaughter, then I would be out there pulling people's hair out and kicking butts. I have five grandchildren and believe me, if someone were bad mouthing any of them I would have to hurt the people.

She's 20 years old and she has a problem with alcohol. Yes, I'd say she has a problem -- the problem is that she's 20 years old and the legal drinking age is 21. That's a big problem.
Why doesn't some D.A. who wants to make a name for him/herself prosecute the people who are illegally providing her with alcohol.

Don't blame the photographers, they didnt make her drive drunk, buy cocain, and be loose. She is jus a spoiled brat.
If we could aforded rehab, we would have put our oldest grandson Bubba Ray in when he was 9. Also, you know people talk about our grand daughter Trina getting arrested for prostitution in the 8th grade. We know what side of the family she gets that from. You never did give me a refund for our first date 20 years ago.
She's a bonehead and her handlers should be shot.
She has no chance of recovery sauntering in and out of hospitals to recover from alcohol. Frankly, she's a kid and needs to grow up. Every college kid goes through college and experiences drinking. Well she had no childhood or college experience and has been put in adult situations all her life among alcohol. She wont learn about drinking ever until she is removed from that lifestyle and environment. Her mom should focus on her children instead of becoming a talk show host. Lindsey needs attention from home not Hollywood and handlers. Rehab is only one piece of her larger life problems.

Not everyone goes off the deep end just because they didn't have an ideal childhood - most half-way intelligent people know right from wrong. She just doesn't want to give up the kind of lifestyle she is living - period!!!
ok now ...everyone must have known I was gonna' comment. I agree with disagree. Lindsay needs to get it together I think she should take a few pointers from Drew Barrymoore. No one can tell me she didn't have alchohol problems at a young age.

i thought she was a great actress until i heard she was doing drugs i still like her but i dont get why she does drugs shes killing herself but then the paparazzi should freakin leave her alone they be starting rumors too w/e its her life if she wants to lose her fans by doing drugs that wont be smart
