Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are to decorate their children's bedrooms according to their country of birth.
The couple, who have four children all born in different continents, are set to revamp their rooms in homage to their roots.
A source was quoted by Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "Brad and Angelina want to give the kids a strong sense of their own culture while growing up in America, so they never lose the link to their past."
Angelina adopted Maddox, five, from a Cambodian orphanage in 2002, and Zahara, two, from Ethiopia in 2005.
Brad became the children's legal parent shortly after meeting the actress on the set of their movie 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith'.
The couple had a child, Shiloh, together a year ago, and Angelina adopted three-year-old Pax Thien from Vietnam in March.
Angelina, 31, and Brad, 43, are reportedly planning a Cambodian village design for Maddox's room, and desert scenes for Zahara's.
Pax's bedroom will be painted with a jungle theme and baby Shiloh's nursery will be inspired by the Namibian villages of the African country where she was born.
