Henry Lee is to science, Anna Nicole Smith was to acting. He has cultivated a following based on his ability to bend evidence into twisted scientific theory. His so-called expertise as a blood splatter authority, came into question during the Michael Peterson trial, when he was bold enough to state that there was 'too much blood' for a murder.

He went over the edge when he spit ketchup at a piece of cardboard, using that to demonstrate what the blood splatter meant, not a man swinging a lethal poker again, and again on his wife's skull. He has become a laughingstock, with his bogus large magnifying glass, which he uses as a prop on witness stands, trying to present himself as a modern Sherlock Holmes.

He uses the same racist joke, in every trial, how all non-Asians look alike. He is not only a joke, but, he has helped to reduce the meaningfulness of scientific evidence to juries, who are becoming immune to the spins. It becomes battle of the experts, each getting paid to say something different.

In the Spector case, he was paid 100,000, and flown out within 24 hours of Spector's arrest, to begin his crime scene investigation, nearly at the same time as the police were still conducting their own. He hid evidence, and it was appalling on the witness stand to learn that he has positively no chain of custody procedure, and that much evidence is scattered in his home office.

He is a conman, not a scientist. He is not a criminologist, but, a criminal, ripping off taxpayers when he testifies for the State, and when he charges 100,000 bucks to make up false realities, to exonerate heinous murderers, like OJ Simpson, and nutcases like Phil Spector.

May God be his judge, but, God help him for all he has done to discredit science, criminologists, and for his greed, narcissism, megalomaniacal belief that he is above the laws, even in a courtroom sworn under oath to tell the truth.
