Cheryl Cole has confessed she doesn't like her body.
The Girls Aloud singer - who is currently locked in a war of words with Lily Allen - has admitted she feels insecure about her own body.
Cheryl said: "I'm not happy with my body. I have to watch my weight and really put myself through it, trying silly diets or doing stupid gym workouts.
"When I joined the band I put on a lot of weight and at one point was 133 pounds. Now I have one day a week when I eat whatever I like."
Cheryl, who is married to Chelsea soccer star Ashley Cole, upset Lily by agreeing with chef Gordon Ramsay that she was a chick with a d**k.
Lily responded by slamming Cheryl's steamy dance routines and skimpy outfits.
She fumed: "Taking your clothes off, doing sexy dancing and marrying a rich footballer must be very gratifying. Your mother must be so proud, stupid b***h."
Cheryl insists it was Lily who began the feud and says she is fed up of the 'Smile' singer criticising her bandmates Sarah Harding and Nicola Roberts.
She said: "Quite frankly I couldn't care less if she has a d**k or not. I have had enough of her and her big mouth.
"Over the past few months she has called Nicola ugly, which I bit my tongue over; she called Sarah vile and my husband horrendous. I can't stand people who give but aren't prepared to take it back."
